What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader adds a brand new widget at the top of the Angel and Cash Upgrade windows. This Manager is priced at 33 billion Angel Investors and offers no gaming benefit other than making it easier to view and buy upgrades.

Increases the effectiveness of

With an upgrader for items, you can get a number of bonuses. These can include a variety of stats, in addition to many additional bonuses. Costs

Upgrades have a few associated costs. The most significant cost is the upgrade itself. This price is contingent on the new ilvl of the item and the number of perks it will gain and is often expensive. It is also costly to upgrade an item upgrader mod to a higher level (such as Explorer > Champion, or Veteran > Heroic).

The other is the cost of materials required to upgrade. The items used are usually either Power Dices (dropped by monsters 21and up) or Minerals and Erons (obtainable by completing certain Mists of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor quests). The quantity of these items required can be seen in the inventory of an upgrade vendor.

It takes time to upgrade an item. It could take as long as 8 hours, depending on the size of the upgrade. The base stats of an upgraded item are calculated based on its new ilvl and other properties. You can also add other materials to the upgrade to increase the chances of success. They are displayed in a window that is above the + button. However, there are some limitations to this, and the largest amount of material that can be added is displayed right above the + button in the user interface.

Another method to increase the chance of a successful upgrade is to use the item known as a Blacksmith Blessing or an upgraded version of it. This item can be useful if your weapon or piece is close to or has reached the maximum level of its tier. This item lets you upgrade items the equipment to the next level without the risk of breaking.

If an upgrade fails it will be restored to its initial state. This is typically an upgrade, but it could also be an upgrade. It is a good idea to save upgrades for when you are close to the maximum level of an item, and then use it as an option last resort.
