Changing the Battery in Your Mini Key Fob

The key fob is a handy option to lock and unlock your car from some distance. It can also activate your vehicle's panic button that can stop burglaries.

If your device ceases to function you can fix it by following a few steps. First, make sure the battery is brand new. Remove the battery from the ignition, then press the lock button quickly three times.

Battery

The most simple way to fix the battery in your key fob is to replace it. Interference

The key fob uses a small transmitter to send a short-range radio signal to a receiver within your car. Its primary function is to permit your vehicle to recognize the key fob and open its doors when you are near it and start when you push the ignition button.
