The app is easy to use and has a simple layout. It doesn't include any advanced capabilities, but it's simple enough to use and allows you to keep track of the progress of your robot. It also comes with an informative tutorial that can provide you with the basics.

Bounce Navigation's cleaning pattern isn't always logical. Sometimes it follows straight lines and other times, it focuses on the edges of the space. However, it cleans your entire floor. You can program the S7 using the companion app to run a cleaning routine according to your schedule. You can select a cleaning mode like eco or automatic, and the day, week, or time. You can also choose whether the robot will stop when its power is exhausted or in the event of an obstacle.

The i7 also feels more durable, is more robust and requires less maintenance. It also incurs lower recurring cost, charges faster, and offers comparable battery performance. It also has more advanced automation features, such as areas that are not accessible and the ability to select specific rooms to be cleaned.

iRobot J7+

This robotic mop and vacuum combination is a rare find that does both jobs well. iRobot's Combo j7+ offers all the advantages of its j7-based counterpart, including LiDAR mapping and self-emptying, however, it also comes with additional features for both vacuuming and mopping.

In our tests, the j7+ performed well on both hard and carpeted floors, and it cleaned up most of the dirt we tossed at it. It isn't able to deal dealing with pet hair, large particles and sand. But it can clean them with more effort. It also has decent navigation capabilities and a set of cliff sensors to keep it from falling down stairs or getting stuck on furniture legs.

The j7+ has a few minor flaws. One of them is that it can get caught on rugs or cords and doesn't always switch off the mopping feature when it's finished vacuuming. This is a fantastic model that checks all the boxes.
