Joao Paulo Goncalves Ferreira, who is the head of Natura &Co is responsible for expanding the company's international presence. He was previously Vice President of Supply Chain at Unilever Brazil and Latin America. He earned an MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has guided Natura through the transition from a traditional direct selling company to an innovative, digital one. The company's digitalization has led to increased productivity and the implementation of 17 consecutive quarters of growth.

Natura &Co will begin trading its shares on the New York Stock Exchange through ADRs in January. This will allow the company to leverage its brand synergies, broaden its product offerings and reach more than 200 million consumers across the world.

To help drive the next phase of growth, the company has also appointed the new leadership team. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer, and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. She will oversee the global stewardship and operations of Natura outside of Latin America.

Joao Paulo worked for a total of twenty years at Unilever before joining Natura. He held various positions, including Vice-President Supply Chain. His last position with the company was Vice President of Operations & Logistics.

Ferreira is part of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department. He is not someone who has questions later, but he is the one who spends time first.

Angela Cretu

As the new head of Avon is Angela Cretu, a veteran of the company and its leadership team. With more than 20 years' experience at the helm of a leading cosmetics brand, Cretu is poised to take over the company's global operations and innovating.

The Avon CEO has been a vocal advocate for women of the world and has taken on the idea of gender equality. She has been involved with numerous campaigns that have promoted positive change for women living in developing countries. The CEO of Avon has a passion to empower women through beauty. The company has donated US$1.1 million to breast cancer research so far. Not only does Avon give money away, but it allows employees to voice their opinions without fear of reprisal.

Avon's new Chief Executive Officer will continue to pursue its mission of empowering women while also accelerating growth and profitability. She will oversee the operations of Avon outside of Latin America, while taking on the role of Roberto Marques, who has been appointed Group CEO of Natura &Co.

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is a senior executive leader at Avon. Acosta joined the company as Senior Vice President and Latin America President in 2011. He was recently appointed Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. Charles Herington, the Company’s Executive Chairman, will be reporting directly to this position.

He spent many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has extensive experience in building consumer-focused companies in emerging markets. He is also an investor and member of the board of directors at RoC Skincare New York.

As the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer As Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer, he is responsible for the evolution of the brand experience at Avon. In the meantime, he has led the development of a new method of social selling using technology.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as an employee trainee. He has worked in Europe as well as the United Kingdom. In the past, he held high-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 to 2004, he served as the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. His responsibilities included overseeing the most popular brands of the company like Dove. He was also involved with the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty which introduced innovative products like Pro Age.

After his time as a senior vice-president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he was promoted to a more international job. From 2006 to 2008 he was the Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever. He was based in New York during this period.

He was previously the Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His duties included directing Sales leader and developing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also assisted in the development of new product lines, such as Pro Age.

Avon has a long and storied history and a wide range of products. However, one area of the company that stands out in recent years is its Health and Wellness division. James Scully will oversee the global supply chains of the company and the entire IT and finance functions. He will also be responsible for the Avon's transformation plan. This is a key element of Avon's growth strategy.

In addition, Miguel Fernandez, previously an executive vice president at Herbalife, Sales Leader will be named the Global President of Avon. He has extensive experience in ecommerce, complex customer management, and executing growth strategies.
