Window Sash Repairs

The sash is an internal frame that is able to move vertically up and down in windows that open. This article will teach you how to perform easy repairs to your sash.

Weather Stripping

Wood window sashes provide an elegant look to your home and, when properly maintained, can last for many years. However, they may become damaged or degraded over time due to exposure to the elements and wear and tear. The first step to repair sash window damage is to fix weather stripping. It's found on both the sash as well as the frame. If it's worn or loose, out, it could cause drafts and other issues.
