In January, Natura &Co plans to begin trading shares of its through ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will allow the group to capitalize on its synergies across its brands, and expand its product portfolio and reach out to 200 million people across the globe.

To propel the next stage of growth, the company has also appointed the new leadership team. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer, and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. She will oversee the management and operations of Natura outside of Latin America.

Before joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever where he held a variety of positions, including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last post was Vice President of Operations and Avon leadership team Logistics in the company.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an avon sales leader veteran and its top leadership team, will assume the role as the company's chief executive officer. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience leading a top brand in beauty and is well-positioned to manage the company's global operations.

He spent many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has extensive experience creating consumer-focused companies and establishing them in new markets. He is also an investor and a member of the board at RoC Skincare New York.

As the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer In his role as Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer, he oversees the evolution of the brand experience at Avon. In addition, he has overseen the development of a new social selling strategy that is digital.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as a management trainee. He has worked in Europe as well as the United Kingdom. Later, he held top-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 to 2004 he was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. He was responsible for overseeing Dove, one of the most popular brands in the company. Additionally He was also a participant in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty the global initiative that introduced innovative products such as Pro Age.

After serving as a senior vice president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he took on a larger international position. He was Brand President for Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 until 2008. At the time, he was based in New York.

In the past, he served as a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His tasks included driving sales, creating the brand's Latin American strategy, and aiding in the development of new product lines such as Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a long history and an extensive selection of products. But one section of Avon that stands out in recent years is its Health and Wellness division. James Scully will oversee the global supply chains of the company along with the entire IT and finance functions. He will also be responsible for the company's transformation plan. This is an important part of Avon's growth strategy.

Jim Scully is also a director at Avon and is a board member for J.Jill. The new position he has taken at Avon is expected to help the company execute its strategic plan. He also has a solid operational background to the company.

Miguel Fernandez, a former executive vice president at Herbalife will be named the Global President of Avon. He has extensive knowledge of e-commerce as well as customer management and the execution of growth strategies.
