Repair Patches

Consider adding adhesive patches your kit if you've got several holes in your gear. These tough patches have a high-performance adhesive pre-applied to a tough polyurethane backing that allows a tear to recover under pressure. These patches are available in colors or clear versions and ensure durability against punctures, as well as moisture, starter sunlight as well as extreme temperatures and saltwater.

Adhesive Patches

If you're on the trail but aren't able to do complete vulcanising repairs the patches that are self-adhesive can get you back on the saddle in no time. Apply the self-adhesive patch then roll it over.

Use the tube-scuffer to roughen up the surface. This will help the glue stick. Spread a thin layer on the patch. Cover the area with a layer that is at a minimum big as the patch. Let the glue become tacky then press the patch down with a firm pressure and secure it.
