Powered by the Samsung SmartThings app which allows this robot to be controlled remotely and is compatible with voice integrations, such as Alexa and Google Assistant. The app is simple to use and offers a wide range of options, including scheduling and customizable cleaning modes.

The robot starts by mapping out the area it'll clean, making a digital floorplan that you can view in the app. The bot will then start cleaning the area it's been mapped, bouncing into furniture, corners, and other objects with ease.

When it is full when it's full, when it is full, the Samsung Clean Station automatically empties its trash bin into it. This feature can save your time by removing the need to empty the bin. The Clean Station also serves as an outlet for charging the bot This is a nice touch.

This is an excellent feature for those with allergies.

It was capable of handling long hair with little tangles, and it did not lose suction. However, the brushes do tend to get blocked, particularly near the nozzles, so be certain to check them frequently. The app also alerted me when the brushroll was full of tangles, which is a useful reminder.

The Samsung Jet Bot+ will be a great addition to any family that is looking for a more convenient method to keep their home clean. It is a little more expensive than other robot vacuums but it has a broad array of premium features that are worth the additional cost.

Neato Botvac D7

The Neato Botvac D7 Connected is one of the most powerful robot vacuums available on the market, providing excellent performance in bare floors or carpets with high pile, as well as pet hair. Its mobility and ease of maintenance are top-of-the-line, but it doesn't have the ability to mop, which makes it less suited for hard surfaces than its competitors. It is expensive and regular costs.

Like the other models in the Neato Botvac line, this model is distinctive in its "D" shape that gives it two angles that allow it to clean along walls and into corners better than round competitors. Its turret houses the Botvision sensors that will scan and map your home to provide superior navigation.

The D7 is simple to set up: simply connect to Wi-Fi, download the Neato App, and then follow the steps on the screen to connect the vacuum to your home's router. It's easy to determine when the D7 is running low on battery power since the indicator light turns green when it's fully charged and yellow when it's close to running out. The D7 has a bigger battery capacity than the D8. It can run up to two hours in its maximum 'Turbo mode'.

While the D7 does an excellent job of cleaning floors with no dirt however, it can get stuck on furniture feet and legs and can't move easily up or down stairs. It will send you a notification in the event that it becomes stuck.

The Multi-Floor Cleaner is an upright vacuum cleaner that uses Radial Root Cyclone technology to maximize suction. Its brush bar has been modified to make the bristles shorter and stiffer, allowing it to penetrate carpet fibers more deeply and collect more dirt without damaging them. The floorhead is now automatically adjusted to hard floors or carpets and seals suction. Its wand and hose release in one easy motion which makes it easier to get high or under furniture. Anyone suffering from asthma or allergies is likely to find the Multi Floor a great option. Its suction power lets it pick up dirt and other debris from your flooring. This includes many tiny particles that are usually scattered in the air. It also works well on both low and high-pile carpet. It comes with a long cord, which makes it easy to move around your home.

It's a bit heavier than other vacuums we tested, but still easily transportable and easy to move from room to room. Additionally, it comes with a bagless dirt bin can be emptied at the push of the button. The bin holds 0.6 cubic feet of dirt, and its transparent body lets you see the amount of dirt it has.

It did not perform as well as the Hoover WindTunnel 2 whole house rewind on bare floors, but it was able to pick up kitty-litter and rice from carpeted floors. Hoover WindTunnel Cleaner has a strong suction as well as a bagless upright at a reasonable price. It does a decent job of cleaning pet hair and other debris on both hard floors and carpets. However, it is not the most efficient vacuum in this class and is prone to decrease performance as the dirt compartment fills. This is an issue if you have many furniture pieces or pet hair.

The design is simple to operate and robust, but some users found it a bit heavy for this type of vacuum. The cord isn't very long however, it automatically retracts. One of the features that users appreciate is the fact that it can handle the transition between carpeting and hard floors without switching off the vacuum.

A big selling point for this model is the QuickPass brush roll that allows you to clean up surface debris in only one sweep. In addition, the patented WindTunnel 3 Technology creates channels of suction that lifts and removes debris from the surface as well as dirt that is deep-seated. This is complemented by a filter constructed of HEPA media and carbon that is used to absorb the odors.

Another nice feature that this vacuum features is the rewind feature. It lets you remove just a few feet at a time instead of needing to manually unravel the whole thing. It comes with a range of hose tools that can reach difficult-to-reach places.

While the Hoover WindTunnel Cleaner does a decent job on bare floors but it's not as efficient when it comes to larger pet hair and debris. It's also unable to navigate through carpet with a high pile. In this area it will be ranked with the BISSELL PowerForce Helix. This model is slightly better-built and has a bigger bin. It is also easier to maintain, with fewer recurring costs.

Another advantage of the Hoover WindTunnel is that its filter is rinsable and should only require cleaning when it begins showing signs of contamination. This is a great method to minimize the need for replacement filters and keep your home cleaner for longer.
