Natura &Co will begin trading its shares on the New York Stock Exchange through ADRs in January. This will allow the company to make the most of synergies with its brands and expand its product portfolio and reach to 200 million consumers worldwide.

The company also has appointed a new executive team to steer the next phase of growth. Roberto Marques will serve as the Group Chief Executive Officer, and Angela Cretu, will manage the company's global operations. She will oversee the global operations and stewardship of Natura outside of Latin America.

Joao Paulo worked for twenty years at Unilever before joining Natura. He held a variety of roles, including Vice President Supply Chain. His last position at the company was Vice President of Operations & Logistics.

Ferreira is also a member of the Executive team of the C-Suite Department at the company. He is not a buy first or ask questions later type of person.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and the company's top leadership team, will assume the role Avon's CEO. With more than 20 years' experience in the management of a leading beauty brand, Cretu is poised to lead the company's global operations as well as innovating.

Before joining Avon, he spent several years working at Unilever. He has extensive experience in the development of consumer-focused companies in emerging markets. In addition to his role at Avon as a CEO, he is also an board member and investor at RoC Skincare in New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. In addition, he has been responsible for the development of a brand new approach to social selling that is digital.

Fernando Acosta started his career as an employee at Unilever. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. In the past, Avon he held high-ranking posts in Unilever's Latin American operations.

He was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever from 1999 to 2004. He was responsible for overseeing Dove, one of the most popular brands in the company. He was also involved with the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty that launched new products like Pro Age.

After serving as a senior vice president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he took on a more international position. He was Brand President for Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 to 2008. At the time, he was based in New York.

He was previously a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibilities included driving sales and developing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also helped in the development of new product lines like Pro Age.

James Scully will oversee the global supply chain of the company and will also oversee all IT and finance functions. Scully will also be accountable for the Avon's transformation plan. This is a crucial part of the Avon's growth strategy.

In addition to his leadership role at Avon, Jim Scully serves on the board of J.Jill. His new position at Avon will enable the company to implement its strategic plan. He brings operational expertise to the company.

Additionally, Miguel Fernandez, previously an executive vice president at Herbalife is now appointed as the Global President of Avon. He has vast knowledge of e-commerce managing customers and execution of growth strategies.

The Neiman Marcus Group is still searching for a permanent chief finance officer. Two interim executives have been hired.
