The Bose QuietComfort line is known for its outstanding noise cancellation, but the company makes plenty of high-quality headphones and earbuds that don't require or provide it. The products typically have the premium end of the market and are made of premium materials however, they're also light and sweat-proof. They're also comfortable enough for long listening sessions.

The flagship 700s is a great example. They feature an upgraded eight-microphone system (six to cancel the sound, and two to pick up voice) and 11 customizable ANC modes that allow you to listen to the world, or block it out completely.
