Natura &Co completed the acquisition of Avon Products, Inc. in January which makes it the fourth largest pure-play beauty company worldwide. The shareholders will own 76% of the combined company. This transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Joao Paulo Goncalves Ferreira, the leader of Natura &Co is responsible for Avon Leadership Team expanding the company's presence in the world. He previously worked at Unilever in Brazil and Latin America, where he was Vice President of Supply Chain. He earned an MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has led Natura's transformation from a traditional direct-selling company to a modern digital one. The company's digitalization led to productivity growth and 17 consecutive quarters growth.

Natura &Co will begin trading its shares on the New York Stock Exchange through ADRs in January. This will allow the group leverage its brand synergies, expand its product portfolio and reach 200 million people around the world.

The company has also appointed a new senior leadership team to lead the next phase of growth. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. She will oversee the global operations and stewardship of Natura outside of Latin America.

Before joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever in which he held various positions, including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last position with the company was Vice President of Operations and Logistics.

Ferreira is also a member of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department at the company. Ferreira is not the type of person who asks questions later, but he is the one who spends time first.

Angela Cretu

In charge of the Avon brand Avon is Angela Cretu, a veteran of the company and its leadership team. With more than 20 years of experience at the helm of a renowned beauty brand, Cretu is poised to lead the company's global operations and the company's innovation.

Avon CEO Susanne Johnson has been a long-time advocate for women across the globe and has taken up the idea of gender empowerment. She has been involved in numerous campaigns that have promoted positive change for women in developing countries. The most notable are those that fight violence against women and promote women's economic empowerment.

In addition to her leadership position at Avon, Cretu has also held leadership roles at several other companies. She was the Vice President for South-East Europe and Group Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe and the General Manager for several regions.

She has been given the title of CEO of The Year and the Management Today Champions of Change award for her contributions to the mission of the company over the past year. She has also been recognised as a Leader for Change in the category of Women's Empowerment by INNOCOS.

The CEO of Avon is passionate about helping women with beauty. The company has contributed US$1.1 million to breast cancer research so far. Not just does Avon donate money, it allows employees to voice their opinions without fearing retribution.

The new Chief Executive Officer of the company, Avon, will continue to lead its mission of empowering women and speeding up growth. She will oversee Avon's Latin American operations and replace Roberto Marques, who was appointed the Group CEO of Natura &Co.

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is a senior executive leader at Avon. He joined the company in the year 2011 as Senior Vice President and President Latin America and was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. Charles Herington, the Company’s Executive Chairman, will be reporting directly to the position.

He spent many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has extensive experience in the development of consumer-oriented businesses in emerging markets. He is also an investor and a member of the board of directors at RoC Skincare New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. He also has overseen the creation and implementation of a brand new social selling strategy that is digital.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as an employee trainee. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. Later, he held top-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 to 2004 he was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. His role included overseeing the company's most prominent brands like Dove. He was also involved with the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty that launched new products such as Pro Age.

After serving as a senior vice-president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he assumed a more global role. He was Brand President for Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 to 2008. In this period, he was located in New York.

He was previously the Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His duties included directing sales and establishing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also supported the development of new product lines like Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a long and storied history and an extensive selection of products. However, one segment of the company that stands out in recent times is its Health and Wellness division. Avon Products announced that James Scully will be the company's new executive vice chief financial officer and president. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Sheri McCoy. He will be in charge of all finance and information technology functions.

Avon has established a new headquarters in London and has made a number of moves to restructure its business. The new leadership of the company has taken measures to increase the profitability of its business and decrease the leverage on its balance sheet. It has also increased its cost savings initiatives.

Avon also signed a strategic partnership agreement with Cerberus Capital Management L.P. and will invest $435 million in the business over the next two years. ICR will provide capital market advisory services to the Company as part of the agreement.

Jim Scully is also a director at Avon and a board member of J.Jill. His new role at Avon is expected to help the company to implement its strategic plan. He brings a wealth of operational expertise to the Avon.

Furthermore, Miguel Fernandez, previously an executive vice-president at Herbalife, will be named the Global President of Avon. He has extensive experience in ecommerce, complex customer management, as well as executing growth strategies.

The Neiman Marcus Group is in search of a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives were hired.
