It's a great choice on low-pile or medium-pile carpet. Like the Roomba by iRobot Roomba, it has a huge dirt compartment, and it uses BoostIQ to automatically adjust suction power. It also comes with a remote control that's easy to use and you can schedule daily cleanings using the app. Its battery lasts for about an hour and the dustbin can be emptied without removing it from the dock.

2. Roborock S7 maxV Ultra

Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra robot mop and vacuum is an excellent robot with an array of amazing features for automation. The Roborock S7 MaxV comes in three versions that include the basic S7 model, the S7 Plus model and the S7 Ultra. It can also schedule and execute spot cleaning sessions. It was able to perform well in standard tests, but could not match the iRobot Roomba j7+ during the carpet deep cleaning test.

You can program the S7 by using the companion app to run a cleaning routine in accordance with your schedule. You can select an option for cleaning, such as automatic or eco, and a weekday, day or even a time. You can also choose whether the robot will stop if it runs out of energy or encounters an obstacle.

If you don't own a smartphone but you can still use the S7 by connecting a remote to the dock that charges it. The controls are difficult initially but they're very efficient once you've mastered them. It's simple to set up, has an enormous bin that's easy to empty (albeit slightly loudly) into a trash can when it's full and is easily programmed to complete a home clean on a regular basis or when required.

The IQ XL can connect to your home WiFi that lets you monitor it from the Shark app and check its battery level as it cleans. This robotic mop and vacuum combination is a rare machine that can do both tasks well. iRobot Combo J7+ comes with all the smarts and features of its j7 equivalent, including LiDAR maps and self-emptying. However, it also has additional features for mopping and vacuuming.
