To propel the next stage of growth the company has appointed the new leadership team. Roberto Marques will serve as the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu, will manage the company's global operations. Prior to joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever and held a variety of positions including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last position with the company was Vice President of Operations & Logistics.

Angela Cretu

Taking on the helm at Avon is Angela Cretu, a veteran of Avon and its leadership team. With more than 20 years' experience at the helm of a leading beauty brand, Cretu is poised to be the leader of Avon's global operations as well as innovation.

Avon CEO, Susanne Johnson, is a long-time advocate for women all over the world and has embraced the idea of gender empowerment. He worked for many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has extensive experience in building consumer-oriented companies in emerging markets. He is also an investor and a member of the board of directors at RoC Skincare New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. In addition, he is responsible for the development of a new social selling strategy that is digital.

Fernando Acosta started his career as a management trainee at Unilever. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. Later, he held high-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

He was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever from 1999 to 2004. He was responsible for overseeing Dove which is among the most well-known brands within the company. Additionally the director was also involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty the global initiative that launched innovative products like Pro Age.

After serving as a senior vice-president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he took on a more international job. He was Brand President for Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 to 2008. In this time, he was based in New York.

He was previously a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibility included driving sales and Avon Leadership Team establishing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also supported the development of innovative product lines such as Pro Age.
