As the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer, he is responsible for the evolution of the customer experience at Avon. In addition, he has been responsible for the development of a new social selling strategy that is digital.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as a management trainee. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. Later, he was in high-ranking positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 until 2004, he served as the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. He was responsible for overseeing Dove which is among the most well-known brands in the company. He was also involved with the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty, which launched innovative products like Pro Age.

After his time as a senior vice president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he took on a more international position. From 2006 until 2008, he was the Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever. At the period, he was located in New York.

Prior to that, he was the Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His duties included driving sales, establishing the brand's Latin American strategy, and aiding in the development of new product lines like Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a long and storied history and a wide range of products. However, one area of the company that has stood out in recent times is its Health and Wellness division. Jim Scully is also a director at Avon and an Avon board member J.Jill. His new role at avon leadership program is expected to help the company to implement its strategic plan. He brings a wealth of operational expertise to the Avon.

Additionally, Miguel Fernandez, previously the executive vice president of Herbalife and Herbalife, will be named the Global President of Avon. He has extensive experience in ecommerce as well as customer management and the execution of growth strategies.

In the meantime, the Neiman Marcus Group has been searching for a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives were hired.
