Natura &Co completed the acquisition of Avon Products, Inc. in January making it the fourth largest pure-play beauty company worldwide. The shareholders will own 76% of the combined company. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Joao Paulo Goncalves Ferreira, Leader Sales the CEO of Natura &Co is responsible for increasing the company's global presence. He previously worked at Unilever in Brazil and Latin America, where he was Vice President-Supply Chain. He earned an MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has led the transformation of Natura from a traditional direct selling company to a digital one. The company's digitalization led to productivity growth and 17 consecutive quarters growth.

In January, Natura &Co plans to begin trading shares of its through ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will allow the company to leverage its brand synergies, increase its product range and reach 200 million consumers across the globe.

To drive the next stage of growth the company has appointed the new leadership team. Roberto Marques will serve as the Group Chief Executive Officer, and Angela Cretu, will manage the company's global operations. She will oversee the global stewardship and operations of Natura outside of Latin America.

Prior to joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever in which he held various positions including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last job at the company was Vice President of Operations & Logistics.

Ferreira is part of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department. He isn't a person who has questions later, but spends first.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and its top management team, will take over Avon's CEO. With over 20 years of experience as the head of a leading beauty brand, Cretu is poised to be the leader sales of Avon's global operations and development.

The Avon CEO has been an advocate for the women around the world and has taken on the idea of gender equality. She has been involved in numerous initiatives to effect positive changes for women in different nations around the world. One of the most well-known are those to combat gender-based violence and to promote women's economic empowerment.

Cretu has held leadership roles at several other companies as well as her role as Avon's Vice President. She was the Vice President for South-East Europe and Group Vice President for Central & Eastern Europe and the General Manager for several regions.

In the last year, she has been recognized for her contributions to the company's mission which earned her the title of CEO of the Year and receiving the Management Today Champions of Change award. She has also been recognised as a Change Leader sales in the category of Women's Empowerment by INNOCOS.

The CEO of Avon is adamant about empowering women with beauty. To date the company has donated US$1.1 billion to fight against breast cancer. Not just does Avon donate money, but it also helps employees voice their opinions without fearing retribution.

The company's new Chief Executive Officer, Avon, will continue to lead its mission of empowering women, and accelerate growth. She will oversee the operations of Avon outside of Latin America, while taking the role of Roberto Marques, who has been appointed as Group CEO of Natura &Co.

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is among the most senior executives at Avon. He joined Avon in 2011 as Senior Vice President and President Latin America and was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. This position is directly under the supervision of Charles Herington, the Company's Executive Chairman.

Before joining Avon prior to joining Avon, he worked for several years at Unilever. He has extensive experience in the development of consumer-focused companies in emerging markets. He is also an investor and member of the board of directors at RoC Skincare New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. In addition, he has been responsible for the development of a brand new method of social selling using technology.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as a management trainee. He has worked in Europe as well as the United Kingdom. Later, he was in high-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 to 2004 he was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. His duties included overseeing some of the most well-known brands of the company like Dove. Additionally the director was also involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty, a global initiative which launched new products like Pro Age.

Following his time as the senior vice president of Unilever's Middle Americas division, he was promoted to an international position. He was Brand President for Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 to 2008. In that time, he was based in New York.

Before that, he was a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His tasks included driving sales, creating the brand's Latin American strategy, and helping to develop innovative product lines such as Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a long story and an array of products available to look through, but one segment that has stood out from the pack in recent years is its Health and Wellness division. This particular segment of direct sales has managed to take 33.5% of total sales in the last twelve months thanks to Scott White, CEO. On a grand scale this is an enormous deal. James Scully

Avon has undergone a series of significant changes to its leadership team. Kimberly Ross, Avon's chief financial officer was resigned to become Baker Hughes Inc.'s CFO in October. The company is also looking for an interim CFO.

Avon Products announced that James Scully will be its new executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will report directly to Sheri McCoy Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for all aspects of finance and information technology.

Avon has established a new headquarters in London and has taken a variety of steps to revamp the company. The company's new leadership has taken steps to improve the profitability of its business and leader Sales decrease balance sheet leverage. It has also increased its cost-saving initiatives.

Additionally, Avon has entered into an agreement with Cerberus Capital Manager, L.P., and will invest $435 million in the company in the next two years. ICR will provide capital market advisory services to the Company as part of the agreement.

James Scully will be responsible for the company's global supply chain and all IT and finance functions. He will also be responsible for the company's transformation plan. This is a crucial element of the growth strategy.

Jim Scully is also a director at Avon and an Avon board member J.Jill. The new role he has taken at Avon will allow the company to carry out its strategic plan. He also brings a strong operational background to the Avon.

In addition, Miguel Fernandez, previously as executive vice president at Herbalife is now appointed as the Global President of Avon. He has extensive knowledge of e-commerce managing customers and execution of growth strategies.

In the meantime, the Neiman Marcus Group has been looking for a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives were hired.
