How to Start

When you're first starting your Avon business, it's important to ensure you have a good base to build upon. Training

Compensation

This starter kit avon comes with the Perfectly Matte Lipstick, Perfectly Nude along with 10 brochures and a hundred order forms. There are additional meetings and conventions to attend to inspire and motivate you and your team.

The primary way in the way that Avon pays its Representatives is through commission on sales of Avon products. This could be via online orders, in-person sales, Welcome Kits or a combination both. Commissions can be paid directly into your Avon account via the AVON Wallet App or to your bank account. Leaders earn bonus income based upon their team's sales. They are then deposited directly into their Avon account or sent to their Avon debit card.

Avon does offer a very generous incentive for leadership to motivate Representatives to build their teams. These are direct deposited into your Avon account or credited to your Avon debit card at the conclusion of each campaign. The amount increases when you hit leadership milestones.
