1. iRobot S8

This smart robot vacuum and mop combo is an excellent choice for many homes. It vacuums and mops well, has excellent navigation with both GPS and laser sensors, and offers a broad range of features and controls accessible through the app. It also has a handy feature that allows you to add Cleaning zones for certain areas that require more attention, Costco Robot Vacuum as well as Keep Out zones that you don't want it to be. The laser navigation system is the main selling point of this machine. The previous Eufy devices have constructed a rough map of your home using infrared sensors and bumping into things but the X8's laser mapping system is far more precise. It takes less time to create an extensive map of your home. It also has the ability to store multiple maps. This is great for multi-floored homes.

The X8 is a decent vacuum cleaner for floors that are clean. It is able to effortlessly sling debris under the side brushes and into its 400ml dust bin. The X8's tyres, despite having a circular shape, are good at grabbing corners and edges. Our tests revealed that it was able to remove 90 percent of the fur on hard floors.

The basic mopping mode utilizes the same water reservoir as the vacuuming mode. While this is good for spills that are not too large however, you aren't able to control how much water it is using, which will limit its effectiveness for more severe staining. It does, however, do an admirable job of removing pet hair, and has a higher percentage of hair removal than the Roborock S7.

3. Miele RX2

Miele's RX2 robotic vacuum is renowned for its quiet, effective appliances. It has a beautiful design, excellent navigation and a powerful cleaning power. There are a few niggles in its operation that prevent it from being ranked as the best smart robot vacuum.

The RX2 comes with a dual-sensor mapping technique that makes use of LIDAR to map the space, and a pair 3D scanning cameras to detect and avoiding obstacles (such as furniture legs or pet waste). In our tests, it was able to moved over large shag rug and didn't end up stuck on them (like the RoboVac 11s or Roomba 690). Its navigational skills were impressive as well and its overall score on carpet and bare floors topped the competition and it picked up 98.5 percent of surface litter and embedded pet hair from our lab test samples.

Its controls are a bit more basic than competitors. There's an oblong cleaning button at the top, and you can access it via the app or via voice command with Alexa or Google Assistant. You can also schedule weekly or daily cleanings, create no-go zones and check its cleaning history. Ion is clad in a stylish dark gray plastic that looks and feels attractive in your home. Its rear dustbin is easily accessible to empty, and the removal of the filters is also simple.

5. Eufy 11S

Eufy 11S is an excellent choice if you want a vacuum cleaner that is easy to use and has no frills at a cost that is low. The Roomba 980 is iRobot's most popular robot vacuum. It's pricey, but it's also the best robot vacuum you can purchase. Its self-navigating capabilities and environmental mapping are truly a marvel to behold. It also comes with more advanced automation features than many competitors, such as the ability to set virtual boundary lines through its mobile application. It's a dependable costco Robot vacuum vacuum, even though its app isn't the most responsive and the 980 spins out when it is pushed over cables.
