As the CEO of Natura &Co, Joao Paulo Brotto Goncalves Ferreira is responsible for expanding the company's presence internationally. He was previously a Vice President-Supply Chain at Unilever Brazil and Latin America. He holds a MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has led the transformation of Natura from a traditional direct-selling company to a modern digital one. The company's digitalization has resulted in productivity growth and the implementation of 17 consecutive quarters of growth.

In January, Natura &Co plans to begin trading its shares via ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will let the company leverage its brand synergies, increase its product offerings and reach over 200 million consumers across the globe.

To propel the next stage of growth, the company has also appointed a new leadership team. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. Alongside overseeing the global stewardship of the Natura brand, she will be responsible for the company's operations and innovation outside of Latin America.

Prior to joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever, where he held various positions including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last post was Vice President of Operations and Logistics at the company.

Ferreira is also a part of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department at the company. Ferreira is not a spend first, ask questions later kind of person.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and member of the top management team, will take over Avon's CEO. With over 20 years of experience as the head of a leading cosmetics brand, Cretu is poised to be the leader of the company's global operations and innovating.

Avon CEO Susanne Johnson has been a long-time advocate for women all over the world and has taken up the idea of gender equality. She has been involved in many campaigns to promote positive changes for women in developing countries. Some of the most notable are those that fight violence against women and to promote economic empowerment for women.

In addition to her leadership position at Avon Cretu has also held leadership roles in a variety of other companies. She was Vice President for South-East Europe and Group Vice President for Central & Eastern Europe and the General Manager for various regions.

She has been given the title of CEO of the Year, and the Management Today Champions of Change award for her contributions to the company's mission over the last year. INNOCOS has also recognized her as a Leader of Change in the Women's Empowerment category.

The CEO of Avon is committed to empowering women through beauty. To date the company has donated US$1.1 billion to the fight against breast cancer. Not just does Avon donate money, but it allows employees to voice their opinions without fearing retribution.

The new Chief Executive Officer of the company, Avon, will continue to guide the company's goal of empowering women and accelerating growth. She will oversee the operations of Avon outside of Latin America, while taking the responsibilities from Roberto Marques, who has been appointed as Group CEO of Natura &Co.

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is a senior executive leader at Avon. Acosta was appointed Senior Vice President and Latin America President in 2011. He was recently appointed Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. Charles Herington, the Company’s Executive Chairman, will report directly to this position.

He worked for many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has a wealth of experience building consumer-focused businesses and establishing businesses in emerging markets. He is also an investor and a member of the board of directors at RoC Skincare New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. In addition, he has overseen the development of a brand new method of social selling using technology.

Fernando Acosta started his career as an apprentice manager at Unilever. He has worked in Europe and the United Kingdom. In the past, he held high-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

From 1999 to 2004, he served as the Category President for Latin America at Unilever. He was responsible for overseeing Dove, one of the most well-known brands of the company. He was also involved with the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty which launched new products such as Pro Age.

After his time as the senior vice president of Unilever's Middle Americas division, he became an international executive. He was Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 until 2008. He was based in New York during this period.

Prior to that, he was the Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibilities included driving sales and Avon Leadership Team establishing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also supported the development of new product lines, such as Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Additionally, Avon has entered into an agreement to form a strategic partnership with Cerberus Cap Management, L.P., and will invest $435 million in the business in the next two years. ICR will provide capital market advisory services to the Company as part of the agreement.

James Scully will be responsible for the global supply chain of the company and all IT and finance functions. Scully will also be accountable to implement the company's transformation plan. This is a key element of Avon's growth strategy.

In addition to his leadership role at Avon, Jim Scully serves on the board of J.Jill. His new role at Avon will allow the company to execute its strategic plan. He also brings a strong operational background to the Avon.

Additionally, Miguel Fernandez, previously as executive vice president at Herbalife was appointed as the Global President of avon sales leader. He has extensive experience in ecommerce, complex customer management, and the execution of growth strategies.

In the meantime, the Neiman Marcus Group is currently looking for a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives were hired.
