While it's not the most light double stroller, it comes with enough features to be worth considering. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to move on flat surfaces, and it can leap over curbs with ease unlike other light strollers that veer off course when trying to accomplish the same thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a problem however, as it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's difficult to push while your legs are hanging like that. The lack of padding doesn't make it any easier.

In our tests during our testing, we discovered the Cloud to be simple to open and set up. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You have to slide the slider and then press the large white button. This can be quite a hassle especially if you're juggling kids while you do it.

The Cloud comes with a small, but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit a large diaper bag. The basket is narrow, and you may need to leave something in there to reach the back. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and a child tray each with two cup holders. Both are too small for larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a lightweight and minimalist double stroller that's perfect for travel. It's super light at just 18 pounds (lighter than some single strollers!) and folds flat for easy transport and storage. It also features independently reclining seats and large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with large windows with peekaboos and storage bags underneath the seat. Another stroller that is extremely light is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 pounds, but it's narrow and slim (26.5 inches wide!) It's got a lot of luxurious features that make it perfect for travel. It folds up easily and is very mobile. It can easily fit into the overhead compartments and trunks of airplanes.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Hauck Roadster Duo SLX - Twin Chair for Twins - Ultimate Comfort and Convenience. It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it has some distinct differences. It's more expensive, but has a better sun canopy and more maneuverability. It has a convenient strap for carrying and can be used by children who weigh up to 44 pounds in one seat.
