The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you're looking for a robotic vacuum and mop that's mid-range. It provides a fantastic mopping experience, but it lacks the features that make up its more expensive counterpart.

During testing it was able to take on dry oats and dust on carpets with medium piles and pet hair on hard flooring. It doesn't employ LIDAR however, as other models do to identify your home.

1. Roomba S9+ from iRobot

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top-rated robot vacuums. It offers impressive cleaning power and a variety of features that include a self-emptying dirt compartment built into its charging base. It can also learn your cleaning habits and suggest automated schedules to ensure you have a hands-free experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the process of setting up. Once the system is in place it can begin automatic cleaning with a single button. You can select the general clean option that focuses on the removal of larger pieces of debris like rice and vacuum mop combo Robot cereal. You can also select two detailed mappings to ensure that your entire home is thoroughly cleaned.

The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and schedule cleaning times, as well as create virtual boundary markers, so it can recognize areas that need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a robot that is a combination of mopping and vacuuming. Its vac settings are as effective as those on higher-end models, and its mopping system is even better. Its spinning pads do a more impressive job of scrubbing your floors than a stationary vibrating pad.

For the mopping device, I was awestruck with its ability to scrub off tough dirt from my floors. Its two lowest mopping settings that are less powerful than high-powered settings, produce minimal noise, meaning you can work or even watch television without being distracted. If it comes across the wall or a furniture piece it gently bumps into it before moving along.

The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The robo-vac comes with a multi-function dock that automatically moves physical trash into the bin hidden from view and also cleans and drys the mop pads and refills its clean water tank. The app will only inform you when something is not right, such as a low clean water tank or a canceled vacuuming session due to an empty bin.

You can also create and merge rooms to modify the way that Q Revo will treat your home. This feature is useful if you have different flooring in different areas of your home or in the event that you have to regularly remove clutter, such as clothes, toys and books. The robot vacuum was also among the best affordable robot mop performers in my tests, picking up debris on carpets as well as hardwood floors in the first attempt. It can even remove wet spills, though I recommend cleaning them off with a damp cloth prior to sending the robot into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum that comes with all the features you can want. It has a rotating mop and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets and hard floors. It's similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also has an auto-cleaning base station that automatically cleans and empty mop pads, keeping them clean and ready for use again. It also has a sensor that recognizes obstacles better and prevents it from falling on furniture and other objects.

The most notable improvement over the ECOVACS X1 Deebot is its sleeker, more modern design. This is due to the Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. Although it's still quite large--it's more than two feet in height and depth and weighs nearly four pounds--the entire robot and its base are much smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.

This model is more efficient than the X1 because it charges more quickly and can clean 1,500 square feet in a single charge. Additionally, it comes with a larger dustbin that is more durable to hold more debris, making it easier to empty when needed.

The X2 Omni also has a more intuitive voice assistant and an app that is functional even when you're at home. It also has additional mopping modes as well as an intelligent routing feature that allows you to clean specific areas or rooms of your house instead of simply following a predetermined route.

The Omni X2 Omni has the top mopping performance of any robot we've tested, because of its mop pads that rotate to remove tough stains and a motor that generates plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is also top-notch, and it boosts suction when it detects a carpet to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also has a massive battery that can last for weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as effective as anything we've seen in a consumer-grade robot.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a top-quality mop and robot vacuum that comes with a variety of convenience features you aren't likely to find on robots in this price. It is able to create detailed floor maps and identify various flooring types. It's also one of the only robots that automatically clean and dry its mop pad. These are nice features but they also make the L10s more of a luxury category. This might make it more expensive than homeowners need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaner. It's slim and tall and has a white-colored finish, accentuated by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is adorned with an impressive bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner while moving around your home. In the pane in the front is a second navigation technology that is comprised of sensors that help the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top, you'll find one button that basically is a switch for on and off. Pressing this will activate the vacuum, and pressing it again will shut off the vacuum and return it to its base station. The central control panel includes the circular menu which lets you choose cleaning modes, schedules, and preferences. The left and right buttons will open the settings of the app which allow you to customize how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.

The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination of cameras and LIDAR technology to map your home. This allows the robot to clean and mop efficiently, without getting stuck. The LIDAR helps the robot vacuum avoid obstacles and identify them, which is an excellent feature for households with pets or young children.

The L10s Ultra provides solid vacuuming performance, clearing 98.4% of debris from our hardwood floor test and taking out all but the most stubborn juice stain. Its mops also perform well in removing 98.4 percent of debris from our carpet, tile, and wood tests. However, it wasn't quite as efficient in dealing with sand best vacuum cleaner and mop robot on the hard floor and quaker oats on the carpet.
