Easy to install

After you have removed the old cover Use a flathead screwdriver to pull out the four major attachment clips located on the passenger side of the fob assembly. They are marked with red in the image below. Be aware of the yellow locating tabs, which must be disconnected.

After taking the battery off, replace it with a brand new CR2032 3 Volt coin cell battery. Make sure that the "+" positive side of the battery corresponds to the opening in the fob and that the -" negative side is facing the buttons made of rubber.

Replace the cover of the passenger's side mirror by aligning locating tabs. Once you've done this, place the driver side fob back in your car and test it by pressing the button on the front of the car key. If everything is working correctly, the parking lights should be on and the doors will automatically close.
