It's a bit more expensive than other 2 in 1 prams, but it's a worthwhile purchase because of the quality and performance of this model is top-quality.

In our tests, we found that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that performed well. It is able to navigate through most terrains, but it has issues on grassy areas and over gravel. It isn't easy to navigate over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We don't recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, but it does have a great suspension to limit bumps for the passengers.

While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage bin, it's difficult to access without removing the infant car seats. This is a common problem with twin frame strollers, however Joovy does offer a separate baby carrier bag under the seat to assist with this issue.

In contrast to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have an auto-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for car storage and seat compatibility, but we would prefer an option with more versatility. The stroller's versatility in seating arrangement is a major plus. Parents can put their infant car seats in either opposite directions or in the same direction, depending on their needs.

5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high in terms of weight and size folded. It is the best value double umbrella stroller we've seen in our review. It also scored highly for maneuverability, which is an important quality for parents who are looking for an umbrella stroller that can fit in smaller spaces. The Delta is a basic product, lacking some features other strollers we have tested like a large storage basket or a deep recline. However, it's a great option for families on a tight budget and those who require a secondary stroller for occasional use, such as going to the zoo for a day.

The LX Side by Side is a lightweight stroller that is easy to turn and push. Its compact frame, swivel wheels at the front and padded shoulder pads ensure a smooth ride. It's comfortable for all passengers with a multi-position recline seat and parent cup holder.

It also comes with large canopy in European style that offers shade from the sun and some protection from light winds. It also comes with two storage bags and a five-point harness for safety.

The Delta was constructed in less than three minutes, the quickest time of all test groups. The manual is fairly basic and does not require any tools to put together. It is one of the lighter products in our test group. It is able to fold flat, making it very easy to lift and carry.
