The Q Revo is a fantastic choice if you're seeking a robot vacuum and mop that is mid-range. It provides a fantastic mopping experience, but it lacks the advanced features of its more expensive counterpart.

In tests, it was able remove pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium pile. It does not use LIDAR however, like cheaper models do to map your home.

1. iRobot Roomba S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is among the most highly-rated robots. It comes with a variety of features and incredible cleaning power, including an area for dirt that is built into the base of charging. This robot can recognize your cleaning habits, and recommend automatic schedules that will give you the ultimate hands-free cleaning experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the process of setting up. Once the system is in place, you can start cleaning automatically with just one button press. You can choose a general clean that prioritizes the removal of large debris such as cereal and rice, or opt for two detailed maps of your space to ensure that your entire home gets a proper look.

This robot vacuum is effective on floors that are unfinished and carpet with a low pile. It sucks up large items and doesn't lose suction as rapidly as some others do and can remove pet hair without difficulty. It has a difficult time with high-pile carpets or plush carpets however iRobot claims that future models will be more efficient.

The S9+ is a new design from iRobot that concentrates on improving the edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt an open-fronted, flat-fronted design, which will allow it to fit into furniture and walls. It's a nice improvement over the traditional hockey puck shape of robovacs, but we found it to be marginally better than circular models.

iRobot also claims the S9+ has an improved filtering system that blocks microscopic dust particles and allergens from recirculating within your home. We think this is a nice statement however, it's not enough to justify a premium price.

Its smart navigation system uses sensors to keep track of the layout of your home and vSLAM for mapping the interior. It can then clean your entire house efficiently by avoiding obstacles such as stairs and other barriers. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and also set virtual boundary markers so that the robot knows the areas that require attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

When it comes to robots that combine vacuuming and mopping the Roborock Q Revo is a standout. Its vacuum settings are just as good as those found on higher-end models. Its mopping system is superior because its spinning pads scrub your floors much better than a vibrating pad.

It's only downside is the absence of a second brush to allow for deeper cleaning. But that's not a problem if you want to own one of the best robots on the market. The dust tank on the robovac is bigger than most of its competitors and filling it takes just two or three cycles even when you've got the most dirt.

For the best mop and vacuum combo mopping system, I was awestruck by its ability to scrub hard dirt off my floors. Its two lowest mopping modes that are less abrasive than the higher-powered ones generate very little noise, which allows you to work or watch TV without distraction. It will gently hit a wall or furniture and move on if it comes across one.

What distinguishes the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to run nearly completely autonomously, requiring only a little for human intervention. The robo-vac has a multifunction dock that can automatically transfer physical garbage into the bin hidden from view and cleans and drys the mop pads, and refills its clean water tank. The app will only alert you when something is not right like low water levels or Robot Vacuum Mops a canceled vacuuming session due to a full bin.

You can also create or merge rooms to alter the way Q Revo handles your home. This feature is useful when you have different flooring in different areas of your home, or when you have to frequently get rid of clutter like clothes, toys, and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was one of the top performers in my tests, taking debris from both carpets and hardwoods in its first run. It can also remove wet spills however I would recommend wiping them dry with a damp cloth prior to sending the robot into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum combo that has all the features you can need. It has a rotating mop and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. It is similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also comes with self-cleaning bases that automatically empties and washes the mop pads, ensuring that they remain them free of germs and ready to use again. The most notable improvement to the Refurbished ECOVACS DEEBOT 500 Robot Vacuum Max Suction The X1 Deebot is the sleeker, modern design. The X2 Omni is the best robot at mopping. Its mop pads that rotate scrub away tough stains, and its motor creates lots of downward pressure. Its vacuuming capabilities are excellent too and it increases suction when it detects carpets to ensure that it does the job well. It also has a large battery that can last for weeks between charges, and its mopping mode is as efficient as any we've seen in an ordinary robot.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a top-quality mop and robot vacuum that comes with a variety of convenience features that you aren't likely to find on robots of this price range. It can make detailed floor maps and identify various flooring types. It's also among the few robots that automatically clean and dry its mop pad. But while these functions are useful but they also make the L10s Ultra more in the category of luxury which could make it a little more expensive than what some homeowners need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It's tall and slim and has a white-colored finish accented with silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by an enormous bumper, which protects the vacuum and furniture from damage while moving through the house. In the pane in the front is additional navigation technology with sensors that aid the L10s Ultra maneuver tight corners and avoid obstacles.

The L10s Ultra has a solid vacuuming capability that clears 98.4 percent of the debris from our test on the hard floor and taking out all but the most stubborn juice stain. Its mops also perform well in removing 98.4% debris from our tile, carpet, and wood tests. However, it wasn't quite as effective in removing sand from the floor or Quaker oats on carpet.
