Aesthetics

Bentley is a firm that takes its aesthetics very seriously. When you drive by a car like the Continental GT W12, its sculptural beauty is displayed through carefully curated lighting.

The Continental GT is Bentley's most sophisticated open-top vehicle. The rear tonneau of the Continental GT, for instance, featured the largest piece of dark-stained Burr Walnut veneer that was book-matched. Similarly, the electrically-operated glass sunroof and champagne cooler that incorporated hand-blown and hand-cut lead crystal bottles marked a new benchmark in luxury and innovation.

It is this bespoke design, attention to detail and craftsmanship to detail that have established bentley key programming as the world's most sought-after car brand. The company continues to push the boundaries with the latest technologies and hand-crafted products. Bentley celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2019 100 years after the marque was founded. Design

The unique heating and ventilation as well as air conditioning system was created to provide each passenger with the perfect temperature control.

The Mulsanne is equipped with a twin turbocharged 6.75 litre W12 engine that puts out 560bhp and 479lb-ft of torque. This power is paired by a brand new suspension system that gives Bentley's famously smooth ride.

Bentley has introduced a special specification for cars manufactured after 2019 to celebrate its centennial. This is referred to as the Centenary Specification. The cabin has cross-stitching, and contrast stitching in Centenary Gold throughout. The Bentley Wings on the headrests and seats are embroidered in Centenary Gold, adding to the feeling of celebration. A bespoke Bentley key case is also included in the Centenary Specification, making the Bentley experience all-inclusive.

Function

The Bentley Mulsanne key comes with buttons that open the trunk and a second button that starts the car. It also has a switch to switch on the parking break. The knob can be used to fold or unfold the mirrors when parked in a tight space. This feature makes it easier to get into and out of your car.

Each key takes about two days to create. It is hand cut shape, sewn, sealed and polished to provide a high-quality finish. It is lightweight and durable and matches the Bentley key perfectly. Its design is similar to that of the Volkswagen Phaeton large car's key however it feels heavier and has a more premium feel.

It also has Secure-A-Key, which helps prevent theft of keys without keypads. This device is inserted into the remote-control key fob. It stops it after a couple of minutes of inactivity. This prevents thieves from transmitting the frequency of the key to other devices which can unlock and start the vehicle.

Personalisation

Bentley's Mulliner division lets customers design their own car. The customers sit at a set of images called "mood stations" and pick a set of images ranging from scenic vistas to sporting events - that can inspire them to design their own. Each time a selection is made the pattern that emerges will reveal the model preference for color, style and design for the bespoke Bentley.

The guests are given the keys in a case designed by hand that contains the R.F.I.D. enabled key cards. The keys can be equipped with Bentley Muliner Personalised welcome lamps that illuminate the path of the door's opening. They are adorned with the owner's name or logo as they approach the vehicle.

Bentley estimates that it takes around 500 man-hours to design and assemble the average Mulsanne. The unwillingness to embrace modern technology is the main factor to this time-consuming task. The Crewe factory workers don't employ a machine to place perfectly-matched cross stitched leather seats. Instead they do it by hand. Drivers must park their cars manually, instead of using sensors built into the vehicle to direct them to perpendicular and parallel spots.

Bentley displayed its Mulliner personalization capabilities in a special Mulsanne W.O. Edition, that pays tribute to William Osler, the founder of Bentley. The Mulsanne W.O. Edition pays homage to founder William Osler Bentley. The limited-edition cars come with the key with a special design that shows a portion of the 1930 8 Liter's crankshaft.
