You are paid a commission each time a field representative signs up for a customer. This is based on a base rate of kilowatts per hour used by the customer and is paid on a monthly basis. It is payable for all customer signups that you personally complete. To be considered a full representative, your must sign up at least thirty customers within a 6-month period. If you sponsor somebody into the business opportunity you will then get commissions on their customers down through 6 levels.

Then there were the email vendors I had stopped using back in January. So, once I've examined whether I can eliminate harmful energies or put up barriers, I will probably have made it safe. I could also shore up the trench with lumber and screws-jacks, following our trenching approach. This could keep me from falling in. I could guess the size of lumber I need and the number of screw-jacks but I could guess wrong. My shoring design may prevent the walls of the trench moving in on my, but it may not meet the OHS regulations. I decided at the time that it was not worth the time it would take to apply. The maximum loan amount was only $35,000, and the person I spoke to seemed to be able to "write grant applications" as a core competency instead of understanding the needs for small businesses.

Mitt Romney at least made a fortune in the private sector. Bain Capital, his small boutique firm, could be called a small business. But I doubt he ever swept the floor to save on a cleaning service. He may have built that fortune but it wasn't with the proceeds of his house being mortgaged to the hilt to allow him to pursue that dream. He had access to his mother and father's contacts. Governor Romney went to Harvard Business School and Law School. He worked hard and diligently for all he achieved. Mitt isn't one of those guys who made it in the neighborhood. I doubt he can understand what it is like to be sweating out collecting what is owed to you so you can pay your employees that week.

When I teach EI I often ask the class whether they think people who are famous for their stormy management style like Gordon Ramsey or Alec Ferguson are emotional intelligent? EI self regulation is not about becoming an iceman. It's about managing and directing your emotions to a positive result. People like Ferguson and Ramsey are not controlled by their emotions, flying off the handle at irrational times. They use their passion to mobilize people to their goals and at the right times. This is an intelligent use of emotions.
