Slot missions are a great method to earn gear weapons, gear and much more. However, they can be difficult to do.

Concealed Weapon slot software

The concealed weapon slot lets you to carry pistols on a mission. Some players utilize this slot to achieve certain goals and targets, particularly those who want to go for Suit Only. Others prefer to have the extra pistol as a gap closer. It is important to remember that in order to select the pistols that belong in this slot, you need to click on the button for the appropriate category such as alternate slot 2 machine guns. Major Expedition and Adept Rider are both active, making it easier to use. This combo can also trigger a damage tick from concealed Weapon every 10 seconds for as long as it is in the slot.

Smuggled Item Slot

The smuggled item slot is a great feature that allows players to bring tools and weapons into the game, but it could be improved. It's currently shaped like pistols, which makes it difficult to differentiate the smuggled item slot from other slots for gear.

The smuggle slot is able to hold many different objects, ranging from simple concussion devices, to weapons-grade explosives. These items are hidden in locations throughout the map. They can also be found anytime. Smuggled items differ from Agency Pickups or Hidden Stashes which conceal small items in the scenery or objects.

Mission planning is an option available in the form of episodic missions. It lets players unlock different starting locations, smuggled objects and gear slots before they enter the map. The options for planning increase as players complete challenges and obtain higher Mission Mastery levels. This lets players plan the perfect mission for every challenge.

Gear Slot

The gear slots will quickly fill up early in the game, resulting in the common message "Your Gear Slots are Full". This message stops Max from acquiring new equipment until the previous items are removed or a larger space has been accumulated. The solution to this problem is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which offer more inventory space in exchange for the completion of challenging missions. However, as the majority of these challenges are scattered across the world and could be missed it could take some time to get the largest amount of inventory slots available in-game.

Five Gear Slots can be filled with up to five different types of gear, which must be selected in the Gear Selection menu before a Break-In can begin. Each gear item (except the Pistol) takes up one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades of the same type) only uses one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you progress through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock different agency pickups on the map. These locations let you keep items that don't fit in your weapon or gear slot. You can get them back later.

These pickups are especially useful if you have to pass through a frisk at the end of the game or if you're carrying a weapon that could otherwise cause suspicion. But, you are only able to conceal one item per game at a location that is a pickup for the agency.

This DLC also adds new asset protection and security contracts to the agency. Talk to the receptionist at the agency and stock up on snacks and other items. Then, head to the stated mission marker and identify a mob upon arrival.
