Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot is a specific slot machine tips (More Material) that allows you to bring guns into the course of. Some players use this to help reach certain achievements and targets, particularly those who want to go for Suit Only. Some players make use of the extra pistol to close a gap. The smuggle slot is able to hold an array of items, from subtle concussion devices to weapons-grade explosives. These items can be found in a variety of hidden locations throughout the map. They can be picked up at anytime. These items are distinct from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes that conceal small objects within scenery and objects directly.

Mission planning is a feature available in episodic missions that lets players gain access to different starting points as well as smuggled items and gear slots prior to their entry into the map. As players progress through challenges and unlock new Mission Mastery levels, these options for planning increase. This lets players prepare the best task for every challenge.

Gear Slot

In the beginning of the game, players will find their gear slots rapidly get full, resulting in the common "Your Gear Slots are full" message which prevents Max from selecting new equipment until the old items are removed or space is obtained. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the solution to this issue. They offer more inventory space to complete challenges. However, as the majority of these challenges are scattered throughout the globe and are easily missed it could take an extended time to obtain the most inventory slots in the game.

Each player has up to five different kinds of gear in their five Gear Slots. These must be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to the break-in. Each gear item (except the Pistol) occupies one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades that are of the same type) only takes up one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you progress in Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups throughout the map. These locations let you store an item that does not fit into your concealed slot for gear or weapon, and retrieve them later.

These pickups are particularly useful when you have to go through a frisk in the course of the mission or if you're carrying a weapon that might otherwise cause suspicion. You are only able to hide one item in a pickup location.

This DLC also adds new asset protection and security contracts to the agency. Contact the receptionist at the agency and stock up on snacks and armor. Then, head to the mission marker and locate a mob upon arrival.
