Natura &Co completed the acquisition of Avon Products, Avon Leadership Team Inc. in January making it the fourth-largest pure-play beauty brand in the world. Its shareholders will own 76% of the new company. This transaction is subject regulatory approvals.

As the chief executive of Natura &Co, Joao Paulo Brotto Goncalves Ferreira is responsible for expanding the company's presence internationally. He was previously employed at Unilever in Brazil and Latin America, where he was a Vice President-Supply Chain. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has led Natura's transformation from a traditional direct-selling business to a digital one. The company's digitalization led productivity growth and 17 consecutive quarters growth.

In January, Natura &Co plans to begin trading shares of its through ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange. This will allow the group to capitalize on its synergies across its brands and extend its product portfolio and reach 200 million customers around the world.

To help drive the next phase of growth the company has appointed an entirely new leadership team. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. Apart from overseeing the global oversight of the Natura brand, she will be responsible for the company's operations and innovation outside of Latin America.

Before joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever and held a variety of roles including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last position with the company was Vice President of Operations & Logistics.

Ferreira is also a member of the Executive team of the C-Suite Department at the company. He is not a buy first or ask questions later type of person.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an avon sales leader salary veteran and the company's top management team, will take over as the company's chief executive officer. With more than 20 years' experience as the head of a leading beauty brand, Cretu is poised to take over Avon's global operations and development.

The Avon CEO has been a champion for women around the world and has embraced the idea of gender empowerment. She has been involved in numerous campaigns to encourage positive gender equality for women in the developing countries. Among the most notable are those that combat gender-based violence and to promote women's economic empowerment.

In addition to her leadership position at Avon, Cretu has also held leadership roles at various other companies. She was Vice President for South-East Europe and Group Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe and the General Manager for various regions.

In the last year, she has been acknowledged for her contributions to the company's mission and earned her the title of CEO of the Year, as well as winning the Management Today Champions of Change award. She has also been recognized as a Change Leader in the category of Women's Empowerment by INNOCOS.

The CEO of Avon has a love for empowering women through beauty. So far Avon has contributed US$1.1 billion to fight against breast cancer. Avon does not just give money away, but it also allows employees to express their opinions without fear of reprisal.

Avon's new Chief Executive Officer will continue driving the company's mission of empowering women, while accelerating growth and profitability. She will oversee Avon's Latin America operations and will succeed Roberto Marques, who was appointed Group CEO of Natura &Co.

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is one of the most senior executives at Avon. He joined Avon in the year 2011 as Senior Vice President and President Latin America and was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. Charles Herington, the Company’s Executive Chairman, will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Before joining Avon He spent a few years working at Unilever. He has extensive experience in building consumer-focused businesses in emerging markets. In addition to his role at Avon as a CEO, he is also an investor and board member of RoC Skincare in New York.

As Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer He is in charge of the development of the brand experience at Avon. In addition, he has been responsible for the development of a new approach to social selling that is digital.

Fernando Acosta started his career as an employee at Unilever. He has worked in Europe and the United Kingdom. Later, he held high-ranking posts in Unilever's Latin American operations.

He was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever from 1999 until 2004. He was responsible for overseeing Dove one of the most well-known brands within the company. He also was involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty, which launched innovative products such as Pro Age.

After his time as a senior vice-president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he took on a more international position. He served as Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever from 2006 to 2008. In this time, he was based in New York.

He was previously the Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibilities included driving sales and developing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also supported the development of innovative product lines such as Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a long background and a wide array of products to sift through however, one segment that has stood out from the crowd in recent years is its Health and Wellness division. This subset of direct sales was able to secure 33.5 percent of the total sales over the past 12 months, thanks to Scott White, CEO. In the grand scheme of things, this is a big deal. James Scully

Avon has made a number of major changes to its leadership team. Kimberly Ross, Avon's chief financial officer was resigned to become Baker Hughes Inc.'s CFO in October. The company is also searching for an interim CFO.

Avon Products has announced that James Scully will become its new executive vice presidentand chief financial officer. He will report directly to Sheri McCoy Chief Executive Officer and will be in charge of all aspects of finance as well as information technology.

Avon has opened a new office in London and has made several moves to restructure its business. Under the new management of the company Avon has taken measures to reduce balance sheet leverage and improve profitability. It has also increased its cost savings initiatives.

Avon also signed an agreement to form a strategic partnership with Cerberus Capital Management L.P. and will invest $435 million in the business over two years. ICR will provide capital market advisory services to the Company as part of the agreement.

James Scully will be responsible for the company's supply chain across the globe as well as all IT and finance functions. Scully will also be accountable for the company's plan for transformation. This is a critical part of the avon sales leader commission structure's growth strategy.

Jim Scully is also a director at Avon and is a board member for J.Jill. The new position he has taken at Avon is expected to assist the company to implement its strategic plan. He brings operational expertise to the company.

Miguel Fernandez, Avon leadership team a former executive vice president at Herbalife will be named Global President of Avon. He has vast experience in e-commerce managing customers, customer management and implementation of growth strategies.

In the meantime the Neiman Marcus Group has been searching for a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives were hired.
