The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that is multi-purpose. It can be converted from a single stroller to double strollers by adding an additional seat (sold separately) or a glider board. It can also be set up to become a triple travel system by adding the bench seat or an infant car seat. It has 24 configurations in all and is the highest-rated stroller. This model is made with Baby Ickle Bubba Venus Max Jogger in Black/Space Grey’s soft, breathable and sustainably sourced TENCEL fabrics. They help regulate the temperature. It comes with a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar and belly bar. It folds 20 percent smaller than the leading single-to-double stroller, the UPPAbaby Vista V2 and is also lighter.

It comes with a moderate-sized sunshade and a convenient magnetic peek-a-boo window that is simple to open and close. The telescoping bar is one of the most easily adjustable, and is suitable for parents of all heights. The seats recline and there is a footwell adjuster button to help you place your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin is spacious however we wish it had a latch that was more secure. It's easy to access but we found the zippers somewhat frustrating as they need to be removed completely and reattached to each use.

The City Select, like its counterparts, has single-action brakes that are simple to install and release by pulling a lever on the frame side lower than the handlebar. It is comfortable for sandals and barefoot and a step up from the awkward brake levers that other brands use.

This is the only stroller in our review that accepts two infant car seats, making it a great option for twins or for parents with just one child and a baby on the way. It can fit the majority of infant car seats made by major brands with an adapter. We tested it with Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30, Graco Click Connect models, Cybex Aton and Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. It's a good choice for families that already have an infant car seat and are looking for a stroller to accommodate it, but you may be better off with another convertible stroller that can accommodate an additional infant car seat in this case.
