Another feature that is great is the option to select between two different levels of cleaning. There's a Eco mode that operates the vacuum in a quiet manner and extends the run time, while Turbo mode provides an even more powerful clean. However Turbo mode operates at a loud, unfriendly volume which can be annoying in the event that you're using the D7 while working or watching television.

The D7 is among the few robots that are capable of creating and keeping multiple floor plans. This is ideal for multi-level houses. It also has a few innovations that help it effectively clean and go where you want it go, such as no-go lines that you could draw on its virtual maps to prevent the robot from cleaning delicate areas like pet bowls and beds. It also has a feature called auto-recharge and resume that, if it is unable to recharge its battery before it is finished cleaning, it will return to its base, recharge it, and then resume where it was when it left.

The RoboVac 11S performs much better than its predecessor, the RoboVac 30C which is eufy and is superior to the ILIFE A4s and the bObsweep Bob Pro in our tests. It has a bigger dirt compartment, a longer battery life and is able to clear more dirt from low pile and high pile carpets to bare floors. It is also built better and easier to maintain and has lower recurring costs and moves more efficiently.

It is incredibly built, has a comprehensive range of navigation options and is easy to maintain. It has a shorter battery life and more regular costs than other models.

The Q5 is among the slowest robots we have tested, but its layout algorithm is reliable and doesn't require any extra attention after the first time it passes through the space. It starts by mapping out a perimeter, then fills in the interior using an array of parallel lines. After it's completed it returns to its charging station, or the base from which it left the base.

It was a master of cleaning hardwood floors and removing at least 88% dirt from every test. It was a bit less successful on low and high carpet, but it still did better than the standard unit. It also has mopping attachments to tackle wet spills, although we haven't tested this feature.

Its maneuverability is superior for a robot with lidar, with it being capable of gliding over furniture and other obstacles.
