The X2 Omni robot vacuum mop for pet hair-mop is the latest model in Ecovacs line of hybrid robot vacuum mops. This model is dry and wet. It is equipped with the latest AIVI 3D2.0 lidar system Ecovacs, which gives enhanced mapping and obstruction-free operation. It uses dual laser LiDAR that is similar to that found in self-driving vehicles. It can scan a space up to 32 feet across by the 270-degree angle. This results in more precise mapping, faster response times, as well as better cleaning accuracy.

It also has a rotating mopping pad constructed of chenille fabric, which makes it easier to scrub hard spots than traditional mop. In my tests, the X2 Omni took just over one minute to clean its pad and get to work, and I noticed it was more precise than other models that seemed to follow a grid route around rooms. It is the most sophisticated of the T-line offered by the company and comes with the OZMO Turbo2.0 mopping system that makes use of a dual-spinning brush to provide better cleaning than the traditional scrubbers. It also has YIKO built-in, a first-of-its-kind natural language processing technology that can respond to a range of voice commands. The ECOVACS App allows you to design your home, create cleaning schedules and adjust settings.

The T10 Omni's biggest flaw is that it cannot switch from mopping and vacuuming in a single operation. The T10 Omni comes with two modes that require you to attach mop heads to and from the vacuum according to your needs. This is fine for the majority of households, but not for those with busy lives.

However, the Deebot T10 Omni is an excellent robot vacuum that has impressive results in our pet hair tests. It removed more than 96% debris from our hardwood floors. This is a remarkable performance. It also did an excellent job with tile and carpet and tile, getting rid of more than 99percent of dirt and debris.

This is the first mopping model from Anker which is well-known for its robot vacuums. It features enhanced intelligence, multiple map support, LIDAR scanning and twin-turbine technology that automatically adjusts to the type of surface you're cleaning. It's a mid-range robotic cleaner that's stylish even if the promise of being a one-stop-shop for floor cleaning doesn't quite make sense.

The X8 Hybrid appears to be an ordinary robotic cleaner from the top. It has a circular shape with sweeper wheels and a raised sensor area. Flip it over, however, and you'll find a motorised floor brush plus one side sweeper brush which pushes dirt from the edges of the machine into the main path of the robot's'mouth'. It's a bit smaller than the main brushes of the iRobot Roomba S9 which I found made it easier to reach under chairs and couches.

Its mapping system is reasonably sophisticated, allowing you to set no-mop zones and specific cleaning zones. It is prone to bumping into things, including its own charging station, and isn't great at climbing over carpets. It was good at getting pet hair off of bare floors. In our tests it picked up 89.5 percent of cat litter.

The X8 Hybrid is controlled via an app, however it also has a set of physical buttons located at the base of the. These buttons let you choose a cleaning mode or turn off the robot. These buttons can be used to establish no-go areas and access real-time maps. In our test of hardwood floors and kibble, this robot performed well and was able to pick up everything from a single grain of rice up to many pieces of dog food in just one sweep. It had some difficulties transitioning to rugs however, in general, this vacuum cleaner is ideal for rooms that have both types of flooring and a mix of pets.

It is a bit pricey however, if you are able to afford it, it's a great purchase for those who wish to be able to leave their homes free to do other tasks or take care of chores. The A4s Pro also offers a useful auto-cleaning mode that automatically boosts suction power to handle tough dirt and spills, and comes with an electric ElectroWall that lets you place boundaries where the robot isn't allowed to enter.

This budget-friendly option from a well-known brand is the most affordable robot we've tested yet and offers an exceptional value for the price. Its basic navigation system is based on a very basic random pathing algorithm, and it lacks the ability to map rooms. This renders it less efficient than other models in this list. It's still able to get under furniture and into the corners. Its mopping mode performed well in our tests by picking up hairs and other debris.

Shark's iQ may not appear as well-built, but it is better at cleaning pet hair from all surfaces. It clears bare floors more thoroughly and does a good job on carpets with low pile and also uses smart-pathing navigational technology for greater maneuverability. It can be sent to a specific location, and has a suite of advanced automation options, including no-go zones and schedules. It can even stop and restart the cleaning process and is perfect for households with pets.

The self-cleaning brushroll is able to prevent knots from pet hair and other debris, and its bagless self-emptying dock station can hold up to 30 days of dirt before needing to be emptied. It comes with angled side brushes to reach into corners and a multi-stage filter system that collects dust, dander and allergens.

The robot vacuum is built well and feels solid. It works with a smartphone application that allows you to change the vacuum's settings and schedule cleaning sessions in advance. The app also allows you to view the remaining battery life and send push notifications for any problems it encounters during a cleaning process. You can utilize your voice to control it using an Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant device, and if you don't have either, you can mark off zones with physical boundary strips.

The iQ does a good job of removing bare floors and does a decent job on low-pile and shaggy carpet however it lacks the same degree of autonomy as our top choices. It's also costly and its recurring cost can be quite costly.
