Once the sanctioning fee is paid the Sports Director will place the Tournament in the WPA Sports Calendar and will send a Tournament Information Pack to the Tournament Organiser which will include a WPA logo to be used in all Tournament related promotional and advertising activities by the Tournament Organiser. This procedure will apply to all new Tournament Organisers. 10.
