The purchase of used baby gear can be risky, even if it's only been used for a few months. That's because, unlike new products, secondhand goods don't have to be registered with the Consumer Product Safety Commission. As a result, there's no way to determine whether a product is subject to recalls. This can happen due to any reason, from design flaws to a manufacturer's inability to meet federal standards. You can register a stroller and receive notifications of any recalls.

This rule implements a mandatory standard for www.037810.Xyz (www.037810.xyz) strollers and carriages in accordance with section 104 of the Danny Keysar Child Product Safety Notification Act, as amended by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA). It incorporates as a reference to the most current voluntary standard created by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), ASTM F833-13b. It establishes standards and test methods that reduce the risks posed by these products. CPSC staff worked closely with ASTM participants in the development of this standard.
