Line-up

The band's third album, Turn Back, marked the return to the traditional sextet format of previous albums and was a more ferocious, consistent effort with an edge that was more pronounced than Hydra. Its more punk-rock sound reflected the maturation of the group, with drummer Bobby Kimball's greater proficiency on the drums, as well as an improved, mature vocal delivery by singer Joseph Williams.
