According to the report, Miss Kelly suffered from a number of mental health issues, such as bipolar disorder such as bulimia, anorexia and bulimia. She also had a history of drug misuse and domestic violence. Her symptoms were worsened by stress, anxiety, and depression. She was also diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder as well as schizophrenia-related disorder.

Elayaperumal claims Medtronic has discriminated against him because of his race or nationality.
