What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The upgrader for items adds a new widget to the top of the Angel and Cash Upgrade windows. This Manager costs 33 billion Angel Investors, and has no other benefit to the game, aside from making it easier to buy upgrades.

Boosters

With an item upgrader you can enjoy numerous bonuses. These can include stats as well as bonus bonuses. These bonuses can be used on armor, weapons, and trinkets. They can be used to boost a character's abilities or to give a new dimension of variety to their character.

Costs

There are some costs associated with item upgrades. The most significant cost is the upgrade itself. This cost depends on the new level of the item and the number of perks it will gain, and can be expensive.
