Become dissatisfied with your current state. Growth for growth's sake is good. Those who will achieve much are those who say to themselves, "I want to grow. I want to be better. If we are using WordPress as a base for the web / Blog site there are thousands of plugins to add functionality to the site. Which ones are needed? how do they work? can they link up with others? None of this is so difficult but it is all about having the breadth of knowledge. Those handling these things day in, day out have that knowledge.
