The Best eufy robot vacuum Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you're looking for an affordable mop and robot vacuum. It has a great mopping performance but lacks certain of the more advanced features of its more expensive sibling.

In the course of testing, it was able to take on dry oats and dust on medium-pile carpet as well as pet hair on hard floors. It doesn't employ LIDAR however, as cheaper models do, to map your home.

1. Roomba S9+ from iRobot

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top robot vacuums. It comes with a variety of features and incredible cleaning power, including the dirt compartment integrated into the charging base. It can also learn your cleaning habits and suggest automated schedules for a truly hands-free experience.

It's easy to set up thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once everything is connected, you can begin the automatic cleaning functions at the push of the button. You can choose the general clean option that focuses on the removal of larger pieces of debris like rice and cereal. Or you can choose two mappings to ensure that the entire home is completely cleaned.

This robot vac performs well on floors that are unfinished and carpet with a low pile. It can remove pet hair and sucks big objects up. It doesn't lose suction as fast as some other robot vacuums. It's a challenge with carpets that are high-pile or plush, but iRobot claims that future models will be better.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot, which concentrates on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted D-shaped design, which it hopes will allow it to be able to swaddle furniture and walls. It's a nice improvement over the standard hockey puck shape of robovacs, but we found it to be marginally better than circular models.

iRobot also claims that the S9+ has an advanced filtering system that stops tiny dust particles and allergens from circulating within your home. We think it's a nice claim, but not enough to justify a higher price.

Its smart navigation system uses sensors to keep track of the arrangement of your home and vSLAM for mapping the interior of your home. This allows it to steer clear of obstacles, like stairs and other barriers and also to clean your entire home in the most efficient way possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and also set virtual boundaries so that the robot knows what areas require extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

When it is about robots that can combine vacuuming and mopping the Roborock Q Revo stands out. Its vacuum settings are as effective as those found on more expensive models. And its mopping system is even better because its spinning pads scrub your floors much more effectively than an ordinary pad that vibrates.

The only issue is that it lacks an additional rubber brush to provide more thorough cleaning, but it's an acceptable cost to pay for if you want one of the best robots available. The dust tank on the robovac is larger than many of its competitors and filling it up takes only two or three cycles, even when you've got the most dirt.

For the mopping system, I was amazed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. Its two lowest mopping modes that are less abrasive than the more powerful ones, produce very little noise, which allows you to work or even watch television without interruption. If it comes across a wall or furniture piece, it gently bumps into it and moves along.

What distinguishes the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to operate almost completely on its own, with no need for human intervention. The dock of the robo-vac has multiple functions and will automatically move garbage into a bin hidden. It also washes and dries, as well as refills the clean water tank. The app is good at nagging you only when something is in need of attention, such as the water tank being empty or a scheduled cleaning session being cancelled because of a full dust bin.

You can also create or combine actual rooms to alter the way Q Revo handles your home. This feature is useful if you have different flooring in different areas of your home, or in the event that you have to regularly clear out clutter such as toys, clothes, and books. The robot vacuum is also efficient and was one of the top performers in my tests, picking up dirt from carpets and hardwood floors in the first attempt. It is able to even clean up spills that are wet but I would suggest drying them with a damp cloth prior to sending the robot in.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd want from a premium robot vacuum and mop and more. It comes with a rotating mop and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets and hard floors. It is similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also comes with an auto-cleaning station that automatically washes and cleans mop pads to keep them fresh and ready for reuse. It also features a new sensor system that better recognizes obstacles, giving it the ability to prevent falling over furniture and other objects.

The biggest difference over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that this version is sleeker and more modern design due to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for its Bang & Olufsen products). While still quite massive--it's nearly two feet in height and depth and weighs nearly four pounds--the robot itself and its base are much less bulky than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.

This model is more efficient than the X1 as it charges faster and can clean 1,500 square feet in a single charge. It also has a bigger and more robust dustbin that can store more debris. This makes it easier to empty.

The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant and an app that can be used even when you're not at home. It also comes with a smart routing feature that allows it to clean specific areas or rooms of your home instead of following a set path.

The X2 Omni is the most effective robot for mopping. Its rotating mop pads remove tough stains and its motor generates plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is top-notch, and it boosts suction when it senses carpets to ensure thorough cleaning. It also has a massive battery that can last for weeks between charges, and its mopping mode is as effective as anything we've seen in a consumer-grade robot.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a high-end mop and vacuum robot that comes with a host of features that you do not often find on robots in this price. It has the ability to create detailed floor maps, identify different types of flooring and is one of the few that can automatically wash and dry the mop pads. These features are nice but they also make the L10s more of a class of luxury. This could make it more expensive than what homeowners would need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor self cleaning robot vacuum machine. It is slim and tall with a white finish accented with silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by a large bumper that helps protect the vacuum and furniture from damage when moving through the home. Sensors are hidden behind the front panel, which help the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top, there's a single button that essentially acts as an on/off switch. By pressing this button, you can activate the vacuum, and clicking it again will shut off the vacuum and return it to its base station. The control panel is the circular menu which lets you select cleaning modes, schedules, and preferences. The left and right buttons open the settings of the app which allow you to customize how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.

Like the iRobot Roomba S9+ and Roborock Q Revo, the L10s Ultra uses a combination of LIDAR and camera-based navigation technology to map out your house. This creates a detailed floor plan that allows the robot vacuum and mop effectively, without getting stuck in areas with clutter. The L10s Ultra is a powerful vacuum cleaner, which removes 98.4% debris from our test on hard floors and removing all but stubborn juice stains. The mops also work well and remove 98.4% debris from our carpet, tile and wood tests. However, it wasn't quite as effective in removing sand from the floor, or the quaker oats that are on carpet.
