Being equipped with the right tools is essential when working on the job. This kit was developed with that in mind and includes all the hand tools needed for repairing items in the field. Repair Patches

If you've a hole or two in your gear, consider adding adhesive patches to your rep kit. These tough patches feature a high-performance glue applied on a rugged polyurethane back that allows a tear under pressure to recover. Available in clear or color options, these patches provide durability against punctures, moisture sunlight, saltwater and temperature extremes.

If your kit doesn't contain any of the above items, think about adding a bag of water-proof Aquaseal wader repair sealant. This water-tight glue will bond to plastics, fabrics, rep kit metals and other materials for a permanent fix. This glue is ideal for repairing drysuits, and can be used in the field. Let the sealant sit for up to 12 hours to cure before you can use the repaired equipment.

The most essential field fabric repair kit for nylon tents that have silicone impregnated packs, rainwear, and more. It includes one Clean Tape patch and a repair swatch of sil-nylon as well as a 1/4 ounce tube of Gore-Tex Silfix repair adhesive and sealant as well as a brush. Apply patch to clean smooth, flat surface. Make sure there is a minimum of 1/2 inch overlap. Remove release paper and rub adhesive side down using a gentle pressure.
