You can program a cup size that is suitable for your taste, and you can also decide to increase the temperature to make the brew to go through faster with the push of one button. You can also keep track on maintenance by getting alerts when the capsule bin is empty or when the water tank needs to be topped up.

The machine does not do any frothing, however you can make cappuccinos and flat whites using a separate milk container. There are a lot of positive reviews from customers on Amazon and at John Lewis. They praise the machine's flexibility, quiet operation, and different lengths of brews.
