1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

The gloss black and gunmetal Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is among the most impressive robot vacuums and mop combinations available. It uses lidar to navigate, create maps of floors and rooms (even multiple levels) and is compatible with the free Eufy Clean application that lets you set schedules and customize the S1's behavior.

When I tested the S1, it was able to locate our downstairs, which is home to laminate flooring in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms, plus carpeting with a medium-pile and an area rug. It was capable of driving close to walls and even across thresholds that are raised without issue. However, it had some difficulty navigating down the stairs in one step. The S1 did a good job cleaning hard floors. The mop sped along on its flat side and swung up when it came to carpets or rugs.

Before each mopping session, the docking station on the S1 automatically emptys its trash bin and refills its water tank onboard with clean ozonated filtered water. The dock also adds a cleaning solution into the water for deep cleaning. The S1 water tank can hold enough for 12 mopping sessions, however this will differ depending on the frequency you use the mop.

The S1 requires regular maintenance, just like any other 2-in-1 robots. It is necessary to regularly wash out the dirty tank to keep it from becoming clogged. Also, you'll need to clean the swivel wheel and sensors regularly to keep them from getting clogged by dirt or dust. But, overall, the S1 is easy to maintain, especially when compared to other combinations that require more care.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

Ecovacs All-in-one robotic vacuum and mop provides a powerful solution to your cleaning needs. Its robot vacuum boasts 8700Pa of suction and comes with many innovative features, such as full home mapping, voice control and smart path-planning that avoids obstructions and cleans furniture. The mopping capabilities of the robot are impressive, with mops that rotate that actually lift and scrub the floor, as opposed to just drag the pad across it. The mops can be cleaned and dried at the base station when needed.

This robot combination is simple to install and use, with a simple interface that walks you through the procedure. The Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a great vacuum cleaner. It has a powerful suction that is able to easily remove dust and debris that other robots have trouble with. Its navigation capabilities are robust, however it can sometimes get caught up on the tiny carpets or area mats that I have in my home (which is something you can control by creating a virtual border within the app). The mopping feature is pretty excellent, too, with a pair of spin mops that actually lift and scrub the floors, as opposed to just dragging the pad over it. The mops are cleaned using heated water and dried in the base station when required. The mops can also be refilled at the top of the station as they are required.

3. Dreame X40 Ultra

Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop was launched earlier this year. However, their latest flagship model comes with even more impressive features. It has fantastic cleaning results and is simple to maintain. This makes it a contender for our top list of robot vacuum with mop vacuums and mop. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition and a long side brush will give you a thorough, custom-designed clean.

The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming and removing fine and large debris from hard floors as well as carpets. Although it's no longer able to clean your floors, the Q5 has some of the most impressive mopping and vacuum performance we've seen on a robot at this price. It has a powerful suction of 5500Pa and an automatic hoover-empty system that means you don't have to empty the bin by hand each time. It comes with a smart application that lets you schedule cleaning and set the floor type. It also features an automatic hoover water tank filling system and washing system that is hands-free.

Its mops also impress, with a 2700Pa capacity to tackle dirt and pet hair on carpets and hard floors. The Q5 was one of the few robots we tested to not have a problem with high-pile area rugs and carpets. However, it was able to not pick up kitty-litter or cable tangles. This isn't surprising, since it does NOT contain AI-powered obstacle avoidance.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is the quietest robovac we have ever tested. It also uses a unique mapping system that allows it to reach tight spaces and corners that other vacuums cannot. It also stores dust in a larger bin which means you need to empty it less often. It also has washable filters, which further reduces costs. This robot vacuum that mops can detect carpets, and increase suction if needed. The app allows you to mark off areas you want to stay clear of this is a useful feature.
