Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mops have become more efficient, passing our tests of cleaning and tackling a variety of floor types. Choose models that allow you to choose between multiple types, including self-emptying and clean stairs.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

Eufy's gunmetal and gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuums and mop combos available on the market. It uses lidar for navigation, creating maps of rooms and floors.

The S1 was able to map my downstairs quickly, which has linoleum flooring in the kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms, as well as large rugs and a medium-pile. It was able to drive close to walls without colliding with them and even managed to traverse raised room thresholds with no issue, though it occasionally had trouble navigating down the stairs in one move. The S1 did a good job cleaning hard floors. The mop sped along on its flat side and lifted itself when it was near carpets or carpets.

After every mopping session, the docking station of the S1 automatically emptys its trash bin and refills the water tank onboard with clean ozonated filtered water. The dock provides a deep-cleaning solution for the water. The S1's water tank can hold enough for about 12 cleaning sessions before needing to be cleaned, although it will differ based on how often you use the mop.

The S1 requires periodic maintenance, just like all 2-in-1 robots. In order to do this, you'll have to wash the dirty water tank regularly to avoid it from clogging. It is also necessary to clean the swivel wheels and sensors regularly to keep them from becoming clogged with dirt or dust. Overall the S1 requires less maintenance than other combos.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

Ecovacs all-in-one robotic vacuum and mop is an efficient solution for cleaning. The Ecovacs robot vacuum has 8,700Pa of suction, and comes with numerous innovative features, including full home mapping, voice control, and smart path-planning that eliminates obstacles and cleans around furniture. The mopping feature is impressive, with mops that rotate that actually lift and scrub the floor, as opposed to just dragging the pad across it. The mops are also cleaned and dried in the base station as needed.

This robot vacuum with mop combo is easy to setup and use, and has a clear interface that walks you through the process. It comes with an electric hand vacuum that can be recharged for those areas that the robot can't reach as well as two water tanks that are automatically emptied and filled whenever required. It also has a number of useful settings for fine-tuning your cleaning preferences.

The Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a great vacuum cleaner. It has a powerful suction that can easily remove dust and debris that other robots have trouble with. Its navigation capabilities are pretty solid as well, though it does sometimes get hung up on the small carpets or area mats that I have in my house (which is something you can reduce by defining a virtual boundary within the application). Its mopping capabilities are also quite good with a pair of spinning mop pads that can lift and scrub the floor instead of drag the pad across it. The mops are cleaned using heated water and dried in the base station when required. Mops can also be replenished at the top of the station as needed.

3. Dreame X40 Ultra

Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum best automatic vacuum and mop robot and mop were released earlier in the year. However, their latest flagship model has even more impressive features. It boasts fantastic cleaning results and hands-off maintenance making it a top contender for our best mop and vacuum robots. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition, and an extended side brush will give you a thorough, customised clean.

The X40 Ultra vacuums well, removing both fine and large debris. It is equally effective on hard floors and carpets. It also cleaned the dirtiest areas well, eliminating pet hairs that are tangled and other dirt. The app is streamlined and intuitive interface that will be user-friendly for both new and experienced users. The app lets you plan and manage cleanings, change suction power and mopping settings, view 2D and 3D maps, and much more. It is accessible through the app, Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri and allows you to keep an eye on its progress from anywhere. You can even use the X40 Ultra's camera remotely to get real-time video supervision. But, you'll require a stable Wi-Fi connection to operate it via the app and external controls.

4. Roomba Q5 pro

Robot vacuums are fantastic at picking up dirt and debris, but they're not able to get every bit of dust. It's important to vacuum regularly, once a week. This is especially true for dust that builds up in corners, on shelves, and in crevices in your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro, a 2-in-1 robot that vacuums as well as mop, is designed to do just that. It is easy to connect it to your WiFI network at home and it works with Alexa or Apple Siri.

The Q5 is a stripped down version of the more expensive S-series models from the company, such as the flagship Roborock S8 maxV ultra. It is equipped with the same LIDAR mapping sensors, but it's less expensive because it doesn't come with mopping capabilities, and also has an aluminum body.

The Q5 is one of the most powerful vacuums and mopping robots we've seen in this price range, even though it's not equipped to clean your floors. It has a powerful suction of 5500Pa and an automatic vacuum and mop robot-empty system so you don't need to empty the bin by hand each time. It comes with a smart app which allows you to schedule cleaning times and determine the floor type. It also comes with an automatic vacuum and mop water tank filling system and washing system to allow hands-free operation.

Its mops are also impressive with their 2700Pa power that can tackle dirt and pet hair on carpets as well as hard flooring. The Q5 was among the few robots we tested did not show a problem with high-pile area carpets and rugs. However, it did not pick up kitty-litter or cable tangles. This isn't too surprising as it doesn't contain AI-powered obstacle avoidance.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is one of the quietest robot vacuums we've tested. It also utilizes a unique system to map your home. This will allow it to enter the corners and tight spaces that other vacuums are unable to reach. It also collects dust in a larger bin which means you have empty it less frequently. It also has washable filters which further reduces the expenses associated with using the device. The robot can recognize carpets, and boost suction when needed. You can also mark off areas you want to be able to keep from using the app.
