What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader adds a new widget at the top of the Angel and Cash Upgrade windows. This Manager costs 33 billion Angel Investors, and has no other benefit to the game, aside from making it easier to purchase upgrades.

Boosts

Costs
