Its mopping functionality is also impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad for an intense clean. It also features an automatic mop lifting system which will lift the pad when it transitions from tile to laminate hardwood, carpet and rugs, thereby avoiding getting soaked by these soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad is capable of rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. You can set it up and forget about it. You will only need to refill the water tank, or replace the dust bag occasionally.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its normal vac- and mop-settings for approximately 160 minutes before beginning to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is on par other hybrids I've tested.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only downside is that it's pricey. The sheer amount of features make it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We highly recommend this model when you can justify its cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a top-of-the-line robot vacuum with mop vacuum and mop combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its robust feature set, which includes an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mop mops. It has an app-enabled smart control system and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combos available at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed admirably throughout the entire home. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of the debris on all types of floors and managed to lift hair that was long without tangling. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than mid-range models. This was due to their rotational motion and a strong dose cleaning solution.

The docking station is the primary selling aspect of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The dock empties its dustbin into a dirt bag, refills its water tank to enable mopping, and dry the mop pads for you. It also comes with a real-time safety detection system and lets you schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its smart controls.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops that I test The L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. The mops of the L10S Ultra are not as effective at removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's numerous premium features, it requires regular maintenance and care. To avoid mildew and unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water and tanks need to be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. It is also important to remember that the mop pads, which are bought separately must be replaced regularly too.

With the L10S Ultra's high-end cost and robust features I would recommend it to anyone with the money for it. If you're on a budget, I recommend a more basic model that lets you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. Even even if the L10S Ultra was the best robotic mop and vacuum combination you could find however, its price and ongoing maintenance will make it more of an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot vacuum that mops vacuum and mop that will clean up dust and dirt on your hard floors, while cleaning up wet mess, then look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac/mop combo has a powerful suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also has a large battery capacity that can be used for vacuuming as well as mowing. And it is equipped with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It also comes with mop rollers that clean itself as it moves this makes the S1 Pro stand out from other models that need to return to their base station mid-clean to rinse off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a major difference from the microfibre pads and spinning discs that other robots. Its roller runs almost the full width of the bot and is continuously dosed with ozonated, clean water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Dry debris is swept away with the side brushes, or swept into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro then takes the mop water into its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements and then pumped into a larger storage container. The tank onboard can hold a substantial amount of water, and can handle up to half a dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package, just like most other robotic vacuums/mops. It will need to be filled with clean water, but this is a simple task in the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock should you prefer the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you opt for this option, however, you will have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands allowing you to use your choice of cleaning products.

Like many robots that are available, the S1 Pro did well in the area of coverage and navigation efficiency. It was quick to map a room, and it was able to navigate around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a few times on larger pile carpets and rugs during my tests, but this may be fixed when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot that can be bought at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum. However, it has some outstanding features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag and refills its water tanks, washing and sanitizing the mop pads as it goes. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning a good bit of a space before returning to its dock and the vacuum's high suction does a nice job of removing dirt and pet hair from carpets.

The application that runs this appliance is fairly dense, offering a wide choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can clean manually the entire area that this device maps or select specific rooms, expandable zone, or a custom routine you've designed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It utilizes the sensors on the mops to map the space and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

The Qrevo performed well in our tests, just as all Roborock models we've test. Its navigation system performs well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a well-organized manner. Its 'Normal" pathing option covers an area well, and doesn't leave any major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system works fairly well, too, though it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system found on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers such as thick carpets but may not be able detect smaller objects such as electrical wires and rug tassels.

One of the biggest flaws of this device is the absence of a mop after vacuum option that could be a problem for those who spend a lot of time vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. There's an easy solution: The app offers an option that lets you "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. You can use the mopping features of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces and dust that were left behind after vacuuming. This is a great feature that helps this robot clean a little better than its less expensive competitors.
