The RX2 is equipped with excellent sensors that can identify furniture and other obstructions in a flash. Its sweeping and suction powers are excellent, taking away surface debris from carpets of medium pile as well as dust that has been deposited on floors. However, it's not exactly the most flexible robot available. As with many others it's not a very good climber and smart robot vacuum has trouble with things like thresholds made of metal transition strips.

If you're looking for a basic, no-frills robot vacuum at a low cost, the Eufy 11S could be a good choice. The Roomba is iRobot’s flagship robot vacuum. It's expensive however it's a top performer and arguably the most advanced robot vacuum you can purchase. Its self emptying robot vacuum-navigating capabilities and environmental mapping are truly a marvel to behold. It has more advanced automation than most of its rivals, for instance the ability to create virtual boundary markers through its mobile app. Although its app isn't the most responsive, and the 980 does spin out a bit when moving over cables, it's still a highly efficient robot vacuum.
