The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you're seeking a robot vacuum mop vacuum and mop that's mid-range. It's got a fantastic mopping performance but lacks some of the features of its more expensive sibling.

In tests, it was able to tackle dry oats and dust on carpets with medium piles and pet hair on hard flooring. It doesn't use LIDAR, however, as other models do to locate your home.

iRobot Roomba s9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is one of the most highly-rated robots. It comes with a variety of features and incredible cleaning power, including a dirt compartment that is integrated into the base of charging. This commercial robot vacuum can also learn your cleaning habits and suggest automatic schedules to provide a hands-free and effortless experience.

The setup process is simple thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once the system is in place it can begin automated cleaning with a single button press. You can opt for an overall clean that focuses on cleaning up larger debris like cereal and rice or two detailed maps of your home to ensure that your home gets a proper look.

This robot vacuum performs well on both bare floors and low-pile carpet. It can remove pet hair and clean big objects up. It doesn't lose suction as fast as some other robot vacuums. It's not able to work with plush or high-pile carpets, but iRobot promises that the next models will be better.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot, which focuses on enhancing edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba that has flat-fronted D-shaped designs. The company hopes this will allow it hug walls and furniture. It's a significant improvement over hockey puck-shaped robovacs that are common, but we found it to be only marginally superior to circular models.

iRobot also claims the S9+ has an improved filter system that prevents tiny dust particles and allergens from recirculating throughout your home. It's a nice claim, however, we're not convinced that it's enough to justify the premium price price.

Its intelligent navigation system makes use of sensors to remember the structure of your home, and vSLAM to map your interior of your home. It can then clean your entire house efficiently by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and set cleaning times, as well as set up virtual boundary markers, so that it knows to avoid areas that require extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

When it comes to robots that combine vacuuming and mopping the Roborock Q Revo stands out. Its vacuum settings are just as effective as those found on more expensive models. The mopping system is even better - its spinning pads scrub floors more effectively than the vibrating pads.

The only issue is that it doesn't have an additional rubber brush for deeper cleaning, but that's an affordable cost to pay if want one of the best Mapping robot vacuum (Foro.cavifax.com) robots on the market. The robo-vac's dust tank is also bigger than those on many of its competitors and takes only two or three cycles to fill it up, even at the highest dirt level.

As for the mopping device, I was amazed by its ability to scrub off hard-to-clean dirt from my floors. The two lowest mopping settings which are less powerful than high-powered settings, produce low noise, which means you can work or even watch TV without being distracted. It will gently bump into a wall or furniture and then move on if it comes across one.

The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac has multiple functions and will automatically move trash into a hidden bin. It also cleans and dries the clean water tank. The app is good at alerting you when something is in need of attention, like the water tank being empty or a scheduled cleaning session that was cancelled due to a stuffed dust bin.

You can also combine or create rooms to personalize the way Q Revo treats your home. This feature is helpful when you have different flooring in different areas of your house or in the event that you have to regularly get rid of clutter like clothes, toys, and books. The robo-vac was also one of the best performers in my tests, picking up debris on carpets and hardwood floors in the first go. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I recommend drying the area with a towel prior to sending it in.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd expect from a high-end robot vacuum and mop and more. Like the iRobot Roomba S9+, it is a top-quality vacuum that has a powerful suction to clean carpet and hard floors, plus an omni-rotating mop that scrubs tough staining. It also has an automatic cleaning station that washes and cleans the mop pads, keeping them fresh and ready for reuse. It also has a sensor that can detect obstacles better which allows it to avoid falling on furniture or other objects.

The biggest difference over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that this model is sleeker and more modern design, thanks to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for Bang & Olufsen products). While still quite massive--it's nearly two feet high and deep and weighs nearly four pounds--the entire robot and its base are much smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.

This model is also more efficient than the X1, as it has faster battery charging and can complete a cleaning of about 1,500 square feet with just one charge. And it has a larger, more durable dustbin to hold more debris which makes it easier to empty when needed.

The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant and an app that is functional even if you are not at home. It also has a smart routing feature that lets it clean specific areas or rooms of your home instead of following a set path.

The Omni X2 Omni is the most effective mopping performance of any robot we've tested thanks to its mop pads rotating to scrub away tough stains and a motor that generates plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming is excellent as well, and it boosts suction when it senses carpet to ensure it does an excellent job. It also has a massive battery that can last for several weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as powerful as the ones we've seen on the market for a consumer robot.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end model that has a range of convenience features not often found on robots in this price range. It is able to build detailed floor maps, identify various flooring types, and it's one of the few robots that automatically wash and dry its mop pads. While these features are useful, they also make the L10s Ultra more in the category of luxury and could mean it's somewhat more expensive than the average homeowner need.

Created to look like a contemporary floor cleaner, the L10s Ultra is a tall and slim machine with an elegant white finish that's accented by mirror plating and silver elements. The front of the machine is adorned with an impressive bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner as you move around your home. Behind the pane at the front is additional navigation technology with sensors that aid the L10s Ultra maneuver tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top, you'll find a single button that essentially serves as the on/off switch. The button will activate the vacuum. By pressing it again, you can turn it off and send it back to its base station. The central control panel is a circular menu that allows you to select cleaning modes, schedules, and preferences. The left and right buttons beneath the screen will open the settings menu of the app where you can tweak the way that the L10s Ultra works with your home.

The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination of cameras and LIDAR technology to map your home. This allows the robot to vacuum and mop effectively without getting stuck. The LIDAR also lets the robot vacuum detect and avoid obstacles which is a great feature for families with children or pets.

The L10s Ultra offers solid vacuuming performance that clears 98.4% of debris from our hardwood floor test and removing all but the most stubborn juice stains. Its mops are also quite efficient, taking away 98.4 percent of debris from our wood, tile, and carpet tests. It was not as effective in removing sand best mapping robot vacuum from the hard floor or quaker oatmeal from the carpet.
