They support aptX, aptX HD and aptX Adaptive codecs to deliver high quality audio over Bluetooth.

Like the XM4, the WH-1000XM5 is light and comfortable, Wifi Wireless headphones with well-padded headbands and ear cups. They are comfortable to wear and can be worn for extended periods of time. They're also great for longer flights and commutes. They are noise cancelling headphones that can reduce background noise, but not compromise clarity or clarity. They also have Sony's DSEE Extreme engine which upscales compressed music to close to high quality. They're compatible with Sony's LDAC technology which streams higher-bitrate music via Bluetooth.

2. Bowers & Wilkins PX7 S2

Bowers & Wilkins flagship headphones that are the PX7 S2 have been consistently on top lists of wireless headsets since the introduction of the first generation PX7 in the year 2015. They are in the same class as Sony WH1000XM5 or Bose's QuietComfort. The PX7 S2 is the latest version that takes the original headphones to the next level, with improved ANC performance and a refreshed look.

The bio-cellulose drivers of 40mm in the earcups have been angled so that they point directly at your eardrums. This gives you a more intimate audio experience than most other closed-back headphones. The PX7 S2 lives up to this bold claim. Vocals are clear and clear, and bass is a deep and rumbly when it's needed to be.

The PX7 S2 also performs very well when it comes to voice calls, with a clear and crisp sound that doesn't muddle your own voice. They also offer a quick charge that allows you to return fully charged in only two hours. Alongside improved ANC, in addition to improved ANC, PX7 S2s include a range of other features that make them comparable with other top-rated noise cancelling headphones. 3. Focal Bathys Wireless

Focal Bathys is the ideal option for audiophiles who value high-quality sound and are looking for headphones that can be used wirelessly to block out noise. The Focal Bathys are the first ANC headphones from a French audio company that utilizes Bluetooth. They offer incredible sound both in Bluetooth mode and when connected via USB to a device that supports true hi-fi listening with a maximum of 24-bit/192kHz.

The Bathys are stunning, with their glossy finish and swooping curvatures that are reminiscent Focal's closed-back Celestee and open-back Elear headphones. The Bathys are made from top-quality materials like aluminum and magnesium, which makes them feel solid and comfortable. They're also worth the price.

In Bluetooth mode in Bluetooth mode, the Bathys provide a clear and lively sound quality that easily surpasses similarly priced consumer ANC alternatives like the Sony XM5/5 or Bose QC45. Direct DAC audio mode lets them be further pushed which makes them a fantastic option for those who love hifi.

Using the Focal and Naim app, users can adjust their headphone's playback controls as well as the virtual assistant and Bluetooth pairing preferences. The app lets users choose between soft and silent intensities for ANC. Users can also adjust the brightness of LEDs on the ear cups of the headphones, and alter the EQ settings. The Bathys are comfortable to wear for long periods of time, despite their size and bulk.

4. Sony WH-CH720N

The Sony WHCH720N headset is a great pair of wireless over-ear headsets at a reasonable price. The noise-cancelling technology is excellent and does a great deal to cut down on the background noise. They are ideal for commuters and travelers. Their matte finish and durable construction give them a touch of premium quality.

They have a similar look to Sony's XB910N and 1000X headphone models. They feature a slim headband with the typical ear cup hinges, and a durable plastic construction. They're light and comfortable to wear, however they feel a bit too compressed for my liking. In the box, they include an USB-C port to charge as well as a 3.5mm jack and a decent-length cable. They are compatible with multipoint Bluetooth pairing, which means you can connect them to two devices at once should you choose to.

In my tests the CH720N's hybrid tech for noise cancellation did an excellent job of reducing ambient noise. There were only a few blips when walking through Waterloo Station and London Victoria.
