Its mopping functionality is also impressive, with the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad for a deep clean. It also comes with a mop lifter system that will lift the pad automatically when it changes between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, in order to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.

Additionally, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad is capable of rinsing and heat-drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. This means you can put it away and forget about it, only needing to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard mop and vac-settings for approximately 160 minutes before beginning to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is at the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a complete and robust product, with the only downside being the fact that it's costly. Its sheer number of features make it a great choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. If you can afford the hefty price tag, we highly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combo. The price is justified by its robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capability, as well as two gyrating mop heads. It also includes a smart, app-enabled controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combinations out there, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed admirably throughout the house. It was able to eliminate 98.4 percent of the debris on all types of floors and was able to lift long hair without getting caught in. The mops also performed well, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models, due to their rotational motion and a strong dose of cleaning solution.

The dock emptys its dustbin into dirt bag, fills its water tank to enable the mopping function and even dry its mop pads for you. It also comes with an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and allows you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its smart controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid vacuum mop I tried. The mops on the L10S Ultra are not as effective in removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's numerous high-end features, it still requires regular care and maintenance. To avoid mildew and unpleasant smells, the base station dustbag, water and tanks need to be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, will need to be replaced regularly too.

With the L10S Ultra's pricey cost and robust features I would highly recommend it to anyone with the funds for it. If you're on a tight budget I would suggest a less basic model that allows you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best robot vacuums best mop and vacuum you could buy however, its cost and frequent maintenance will make it more of an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you need to clean up messes and clean dirt off your hard floors. This powerful mop and robot vacuum combo comes with an impressive suction force of 8,000 Pa and a huge battery capacity for both vacuuming and mowing and a top-of-the-line obstacle-avoiding. It has a roller-mop that is self-cleaning which makes it stand out among other models that require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is a departure from the spinning discs and microfibre pads found in other robots. Its roller runs almost the entire length of the bot and is constantly dosed with clean, ozonated water from its dock. When it turns, the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then discharges the mop water that is dirty into its base station which is then sucked up by the tank's heating elements and then pumped into a larger storage container. The tank onboard can hold a good amount of water and can handle up to a half dozen mopping sessions before rushing out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do other robotic vacuums and mops. The S1 Pro needs to be filled with clean water. This can be done in the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock in case you want to have the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you do opt for this feature you'll need to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot vacuum cleaners best brands that permit users to use their own cleaning products.

Like many robots that are available, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map a room, and it was able to navigate through furniture. It got stuck on carpets with larger piles a few times during my tests. However this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers lots of features at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level mop and vacuum, but it still has some amazing features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks and washing and sanitizing mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system is able to sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's powerful suction is great for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite dense, with a wide range of options to customize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate an entire map and take care to clean everything that is that is mapped by the device or you can choose particular rooms, expandable zones, or even a schedule you've created. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mops to map out the space and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

The Qrevo was a great performer during our tests, just like the other Roborock models we've evaluated. Its navigation system is reliable that can quickly map rooms and cleaning them in a systematic fashion. The 'Normal' setting for pathing does an excellent job of covering a space, with no gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well too, but it is not as advanced as color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can identify dangers like thick carpets, but it may not always detect small things like rug tassels or electrical wires.

The one glaring flaw of this model is the absence of a mop after vacuum option that could be a problem for people who do a lot of vacuuming before cleaning with their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple alternative: the app has an option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. This allows you to use the mopping function of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces of dust and debris that are left behind by your vacuuming. This is a great feature that helps this robot clean a little better than its competitors with lower prices.
