Download and open the Yeedi App and follow the instructions on screen to connect the M12 to your Wi-Fi network. After connecting, the app will ask you to create a unique naming for your new robot. It's important to remember that the M12 is compatible with 2.4 GHz networks only.

The M12 comes with a variety of cleaning modes, including vacuuming and mopping. Its innovative design allows it to map a room in just six minutes and then adjust its cleaning route accordingly. The mop pads are cleaned in hot water and drained, and the dirty water tank is automatically cleaned after each cleaning session.

It provides advanced options to tailor the cleaning schedule. For instance you can select an exact start and stop time for each cycle or whether it should be able to vacuum carpets first before mopping. It can be programmed to re-clean areas that are dirty and to boost suction around pet litter and food bowls. The Eufy S1 Pro is an impressively powerful mop and vacuum combination that was designed to be easy for users. Its gunmetal-colored base station self-emptying and refills its own tank with clean water, automatically empties the dust bin into a smaller container and cleans and dries its own mop pad between cleaning sessions. It is equipped with advanced features that allow it to switch between hard and carpet surfaces, remove pet hair from carpets, and clean thresholds for rooms that are raised.

The S1 Pro has excellent navigation and mapping due to the internal dToF system. It can maintain the appearance of a low-profile, while offering excellent detection of objects. It can drive close to walls and avoid steps without falling. It also automatically raises the mop when driving on rugs or short-pile carpets. It had a difficult time when it came across carpets with longer piles, and there were a few large, thick messes with dried-on debris.

Like most robots, the S1 Pro comes ready to roll out of the box and only requires an initial mapping session to learn its way around your home. The map will be displayed in the app, and you can add or join rooms as necessary. You can also create virtual boundaries such as no-mop zones, no-go zones, and no-go zones if you don't want the robot to get into certain items.

The S1 Pro does a great job of cleaning up messes from hard floors due to its rotating mop head, which puts 2.2lbs (1kg) of downward pressure on the floor. Its ability to mop and vacuum is a great option for homes that have different types of flooring but its dependence on a Eufy brand cleaning solution (which is included in the box) could make it less flexible than some other robots that allow you create your own solutions.
