It does support Alexa, but its voice controls aren't particularly precise or responsive. It's also difficult when it comes to returning to the charging station after an outing other robots are able to trace a previous path or follow a wall around until they get to their home however, the RX3 just bumbles about until it quits and sends a message of failure to your phone.

We also encountered issues with the intelligent features of the device, such as its mapping feature and the digital stay-out zones. It was effective in keeping our furniture legs and shoes away however it could easily get hanging up on cables, socks, and rugs. We didn't include the Scout RX3 on our Best Buy list.
